I went here on 12/30/24 at around 11am there was a HUGE Christmas vacation rush and it was very very busy. The woman who took my order was polite and personable, and the woman making orders was AMAZING she was a rockstar. Everyone there was. But I wanted to give a special thanks to (Jamie?) she had short brown hair and was so nice and efficient! Thank you!

Great experience today. We used the mobile app to order our usual morning drinks and it said it would be ready in 15 minutes. Normally it says 6-9 minutes so I figured it must be busy.

Got there in 13 minutes I observed at least 7 baristas hustling like crazy using all the machines to prepare what seemed like about 50 total orders, counting the ones waiting for pickup and the ones in progress. They all seemed happy and motivated to please customers.

I order a drink here almost daily for my drive home. Sometimes it's perfect, other times I'm not sure what I'm paying for (order extra and get less than normal type thing). But the biggest issue is their store hours I would absolutely call ahead because this location is closed without notice so often. Lately it's been closed at least once a week during normal hours.
