I order a drink here almost daily for my drive home. Sometimes it's perfect, other times I'm not sure what I'm paying for (order extra and get less than normal type thing). Anyone who complains about this place, doesn't realize how much goes into being an employee here. They have to memorize over 100 drinks. On top of, everyone, switching up those recipes. Cut them so slack, people! Damn. I APPRECIATE YOU! Thank you for doing your best while being short staffed and any other obstacles that come your way!

Got there in 13 minutes I observed at least 7 baristas hustling like crazy using all the machines to prepare what seemed like about 50 total orders, counting the ones waiting for pickup and the ones in progress. They all seemed happy and motivated to please customers.
