Their food is no different from any other subway (pretty good). The Atmosphere is quiet, not usually busy.
Service could use some work! There is always a problem. Either they don't have some of the food you want or their cash register is down.
I wanted 10 minutes in line (only 2 people ahead of me) only to get up to the stand and have them tell me they couldn't serve me and would have to wait longer if I wanted to order. I was between clients and in a rush already. She saw me come in and wait, yet said nothing. I had no time to go elsewhere for a sandwich and now I'm running late for work....smh
(This is just one time there's been two or three times that they are all out of my first choice option)

I ordered food may 2nd my wife went to go pick it up they tell her they couldn’t make and of the subs because they don’t have the food to I want full refund I keep calling and they keep saying tomorrow the manager will be in but they never show up I want my refund asap they said that they can’t do online orders but they still have it up as an option

I would like a full refund to my card. I ordered a simple ham and cheese, light, lettuce, onion, and mayonnaise. I get Back to work and open up, my sub is filled with hots and Tomatoes and all this other stuff that I did not ask for on top of it not being on the correct bread. I rarely go to Subway and this place reminded me why I should stop going all together. Now i am stuck on a double with food I can’t eat. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Ice machine has been down since November. Last 2 times I went in. Employees looked like the didn't want to be there. Veggies are on the older side. Sub was thrown together miserably.

I used to order here all the time and there was never an issue. I ordered here today through the subway app, and had issues trying to place the order with just this location. My order was given to someone else, so when I finally got there I had to still wait. Also, I asked for more sauce, and got like none. Everytime I order here, there's always something. I'm going back to ordering from the one in epping.

Today was my worst Subway experience, and I've had at least 100 over the years.

Nothing wrong with the food, it was great, but the service was horrendous.

I placed the order on the app at 11:38am. It said it was ready at 11:57. So I walk in, see that there are two customers in front of me and only one worker, so I patiently wait for my turn, even though I probably didn't need to, and when it would be my turn the worker says "online order, have a seat and I'll bring it to you".

So I step back and wait, then I notice she just *starts* making my order, which was 3 sandwiches. She seems stressed and rushed and I notice she's alone and a line is forming (it's lunchtime after all) so as annoyed as I am, I keep it to myself and consider that it's probably not her fault she's alone and working as fast as she can.

Then when it's finally ready at 12:11, I try to show some understanding, despite the fact that my order took over 30 minutes, and got served later than some other orders that were placed in person later than mine, and I said "It's not your fault. Either the system (for allowing app orders to get delayed so much) or the person who's in charge of staffing levels is at fault, not you.". Essentially I was saying I'm not mad, despite the fact that I have reasons to be.

To this she gave me a sarcastic and dismissive response, "I had two people call out on me today, I'm the manager, but thanks for your input <dismissive sarcastic tone>." Translation: I don't care that your order took 33 minutes, even though you added a tip, and that I served other customers before you who ordered after you, but I do care that you assumed I was just a worker and not the manager, and I do care that you blamed me for this situation that's not my fault.

Well, after this interaction, I can tell exactly why your helpers would want to call out, so yes, it is your fault, and the timely completion of orders is your job, which you did poorly today.

Can this even be considered a sandwich? What happened to actually being able to feel like you’re eating meat? It does not even come close to filling the bread. Not to mention the bread was completely stale.

It’s a bit sketch because they have now covered the glass so you can’t see them make the sandwich. If I knew I was getting shorted I would have just left and gone somewhere else.

Walked in at 12:45 PM August 15th and there is only one guy working his butt off and a line of six people that does not move in ten minutes. Went to Jersey Mikes where the line behind the counter has six guys working moving customer out.

I love subway but have been to this store three times now so I've givin them the benifit of the dought this has to be the cheapest subway i have ever experienced almost 12 dollars for a foot long bmt and u have to beg them to put veggies on the sandwich and the kid behind the counter was very annoyed when I said what are the veggies an extra cost I would never go back so I guess they lost my business to jersey mikes across the street at least u get what u pay for there so if u want a good sandwich go across the street to jerseys and let subway flounder to bottom of the sea
