The general manager is so nice!! I believe her name was Courtney (feel awful I forgot). My entire order had to be remade from a different location's error. She kindly explained that different locations have different owners so I would have had to go back to the previous location. Instead she made my entire order for me. She genuinely cared and made everything perfectly and quickly. I will only use this location now because of her. She changed my entire night around. This location is by far the best.

This restaurant the app doesn't work, I ordered two subs picked my ingredients on what I thought was an updated menu online. For this location Ordered the subs about an hour before pickup went there to pick it up took about 25 minutes on the app anyways. Got to the store they had no record of the order had to reorder waited 34 extra minutes and they were out of two ingredients for each sub and they were also out of Italian bread lettuce of all things. No provolone cheese so they advertise sandwiches that they can't make and their manager obviously isn't doing their job.You really need to tighten up

I came to the Subway here on Portsmouth avenue with a hunger. A hunger for a meal prepared by wonderful employees who do their hardest work everyday. I arrived and placed my order of a 12inch Ham, Bacon, Mozzarella cheese, various sauces, and onions. I am happy to say I was blown away by the service of Benjamin and Ricky. These two boys worked their hardest. Never once did I feel my order was a burden to them. God bless these gentlemen and their courageous work!

This is the 2nd time I have ordered from Stratham NH Subway. My latest order # 4AB3AB60-65 was terrible. What I ordered for vegetables was replaced with just lettuce which I NEVER put on a sandwich. For a 9.98 sandwich it cost me the following fees: 2.99 delivery 1.20 service fee 2.00 Small order fee 1.49 Driver tip ( which would not allow me to skip) WTH? I also added a meal of Gatorade and a chip bag. The driver from DoorDash did not have my drink and told me that DoorDash would reimburse me! HAHAHA! No chance! And for calling the local Subway 603-772-0722 this number is out of service! Lesson learned, don't order from Subway and don't have DoorDash deliver!!

Store still locked up one hour after open

You never know what you'll get when you hit a subway, especially at an odd hour (we arrived at 3:45 pm on a Friday). And when we heard that the supply truck had not arrived and there was just one server, we were skeptical. But then we saw the way the solo server approached her customers and we knew we'd be well taken care of. She was professional, kind, listened well and responded to all of our requests with grace and efficiency. She even understood my husband's pickiness with cucumbers and went into the back swiftly to get us a full cup of ice since the machine was broken. I also saw her interact thoughtfully with a takeout customer whose chips she had to substitute bc, again, the supply truck hadn't arrived. Bottom line, despite a very busy day on her own she maintained such a cheerful, can-do disposition and turned her full attention to each customer. Thank you!

Visited this store as lunch break on our way back from Acadia and going to Lake George.The lady on the counter was nice, but the guy was very rude. Not sure if he was a racist or he is rude to everyone! We asked the code to open the bathroom door and he asked if we are going to buy something or no? Even while serving and seating the guy was very rude and didn’t seem to be much interested to serve us.Terrible attitude.

Tried stopping in on Monday, just after 10:30am. Front doors locked despite online listing and signage on the door saying open at 10:00.Two stars because at least there was someone inside, visibly in the process of opening the store and looking busy (unlike the North Hampton location that opens late with nobody apparently inside).
