Polly's Pancake Parlor

Used to rave about this place, but recently went and was highly disappointed. They switched the bacon and the “home-fries” are now flat the size of potato chips, cold and no flavor, got sunny side up eggs only for them to be mostly raw white gooey and cold as well, only good thing was the pancakes. Non of the waiters seemed to smile, sat with two others and i did not get my drink until right before my meal. Also loved how the young woman at the front desk was rude and decided to chat with her coworkers before helping me check out and told me to go pay my check at the gift store part, SO FUN 🙃 don’t recommend using gas to come here to more than likely wait 30+ minutes for a table to just be disappointed

Show up early unless you want a long wait, this place was line-out-the-door busy. We got there half an hour after opening and it was already an hour wait. Portions seemed small but the food was tasty. The pancake sampler where you can mix and match various options is a fun idea, I'm glad I picked it.

Definitely recommend making a stop here if you are in New Hampshire. Coconut pancake was delicious. The pancakes are soft and fluffy! The wait time is like more than 2 hours. I would suggest heading here for breakfast pretty early or give your name and head out to visit the tourist spots nearby and return after an hour or so. This place is really good during the fall :)

There's no flies on any of those girls I can tell you now that they wouldn't catch up to them! These people move and don't stop! Not only do they wait on your table but they run in back and cook for you also! Food was very good and the atmosphere was nice.

I feel that this place was very overpriced for your food. I ordered one of the favorites listed on the menu and was so very disappointed. The pancakes were not good at all, I can make them better at home. For 3 small pancakes, 2 eggs, and toast, it was over 16.00. It was not worth the hype at all, in my opinion. I would not go back. We went early 7:30am during the week and still waited 20 minutes. The service was good and the home fries my husband ordered were very good but overall not worth the money.

Polly's is well known in the area, so it was very busy. We waited over an hour and a half for our table, but my companions agreed it was worth the wait. We had the pancakes. The gingerbread walnut was good, but the blueberry ones were the best. I heard afterward that the quiche was fantastic. I will try that the next time! They also enjoyed their morning cocktails!??

Great food and atmosphere, friendly service, healthy options, however the wait to be seated and the wait for food was incredibly long (close to 3 hours altogether). Would not recommend going on a weekend. Otherwise, worth a visit!
