You cannot find another place where your servers also cook up your pancakes. Delicious varieties and many other breakfast fare choices.

Never disappoints, great cup of cappuccino and delicious whole wheat pancakes with blueberries and fluffy scrambled eggs. Pleasant server and quick service.

Amazing food and staff! I had heard great things and wanted to surprise my family with pancakes in the mountains and what a treat it was. Our waitress was so incredibly nice not only helping my mom pick pancakes but even had her try her own favorite pancake combination. The store is also incredibly cute with lots of local goodies. Can't wait to come back and make this a family tradition. Thank you again for wonderful food!

Came up on a whim looking for gluten-free foos, I WAS NOT disappointed. We got sandwiches, one gf w/ham and one w/ bacon, both with potatos. Definitely try the maple cream!!!

I went to Polly's a few years back and have always remembered that visit! I even picked up a t-shirt...and that's something I don't ordinarily do haha Nice place. No wait when I stopped by...you could say I was in and out! My only regret is I didn't eat more.

If you love breakfast I do recommend trying this place. They are known for their pancakes but have all kinds of breakfast options. The wait is long so be prepared. The pancakes are prepared by your server, so that is a little wait too. The food was good, loved my hot chocolate, and the price is reasonable. They have different batter choices for the pancakes and waffles so I suggest the sampler if you want to try them all.

The pancakes were good. I got three chocolate chip pancakes and I knocked them out in five minutes with that beautiful tasty syrup. They had a nice little gift shop. The bathroom was beautiful. The waiter was very nice and the views of the mountains were pretty , but the pancakes were prettier The chicken was good. The waffles were good. The syrup was good again. The cappuccino was good. Also I was sugared out and I hand lemonade and I started running in the parking lot and I drop it all over I 100% recommend

It’s such a tourist trap. Way better family owned restaurants in the area with cheaper food. The young girl at the hostess station has a “that’s not my job” attitude and if you don’t go in at 7am you wait forever because they don’t know how to turn people away and just put them on a forever wait list. The one thing they did right was get rid of reservations but it’s just a joke now. Sucks for the locals who actually want to enjoy the place.

Used to rave about this place, but recently went and was highly disappointed. They switched the bacon and the “home-fries” are now flat the size of potato chips, cold and no flavor, got sunny side up eggs only for them to be mostly raw white gooey and cold as well, only good thing was the pancakes. Non of the waiters seemed to smile, sat with two others and i did not get my drink until right before my meal. Also loved how the young woman at the front desk was rude and decided to chat with her coworkers before helping me check out and told me to go pay my check at the gift store part, SO FUN 🙃 don’t recommend using gas to come here to more than likely wait 30+ minutes for a table to just be disappointed

We have been going to Polly’s for about 14 years. It’s very good every time.
