Experience was fun to see all the maple products and interior, however being greeted at the hostess station by someone who would rather have a conversation with her other co workers than actually help was not a great first start. And my disabled mother had the chance to walk into a restaurant today without assistance of a wheelchair ( only assistance from my father ) the minute we sat down we could hear her complaining to the other female hostesses about her being disabled and what is she doing walking in etc etc and pointing to us/motioning to us. I felt uncomfortable the entire time eating there as she had her personal conversations with co workers. Very unprofessional and rude - not only to talk poorly about a customer regardless of their abilities but to keep doing so and making it known to everyone. Please hire someone who compassion and who actually smiles. Would have made a huge difference -
At checkout, our hotel suggested we stop here on our way to Vermont and we were SO glad we did. Really cute rustic decor. EXCELLENT service by Lexi S. We had the Kathie’s Combo and the 3 pancake sampler. Food came quick, hot and made as ordered. Pancakes were amazing. You definitely need to go here.
I think we timed our visit right between leaf peeping and skiing! There was no wait on a Sunday at lunchtime. The seasonal mocktail was awesome and so was the hot chocolate. Steak and eggs received high reviews, so did the pancakes! So yummy. We got the half stack with 3 different kinds so we could sample them: pumpkin, chocolate chip and blueberry. All delicious. The BLT was huge. Eggs were good and homefries were.....different, blah. Not my favorite. We took home a slice of the chocolate raspberry cake and WOW that was good! We will definitely be back when in the area!
Our first stop visiting White Mountains and it was worth it. Warm and welcoming atmosphere, with a lovely little gift shop on way in. Pancakes were excellent (!), and made by your server whilst you wait. We discovered that there aren't so many good eating out options around White Mountain towns - this is a fun exception that's worth putting on the list. The only issue is the wait! We arrived at 1020am and there was a lot of people waiting - there is an organised buzzer system for people waiting and we were told it was 45m to an hour wait - that was ok as we weren't in a rush. However, when we eventually sat down there was a further wait for our order whilst server finished with previous table - so we didn't actually eat until nearly 12pm. As I said, it was ok because not in a rush but a long time to wait so plan your visit! We probably arrived at peak time. Staff were excellent and friendly. I think it's family owned and it showed. Great start to our visit to the area. Would visit again.

You cannot find another place where your servers also cook up your pancakes. Delicious varieties and many other breakfast fare choices.

Amazing food and staff! I had heard great things and wanted to surprise my family with pancakes in the mountains and what a treat it was. Our waitress was so incredibly nice not only helping my mom pick pancakes but even had her try her own favorite pancake combination. The store is also incredibly cute with lots of local goodies. Can't wait to come back and make this a family tradition. Thank you again for wonderful food!

I went to Polly's a few years back and have always remembered that visit! I even picked up a t-shirt...and that's something I don't ordinarily do haha Nice place. No wait when I stopped by...you could say I was in and out! My only regret is I didn't eat more.

If you love breakfast I do recommend trying this place. They are known for their pancakes but have all kinds of breakfast options. The wait is long so be prepared. The pancakes are prepared by your server, so that is a little wait too. The food was good, loved my hot chocolate, and the price is reasonable. They have different batter choices for the pancakes and waffles so I suggest the sampler if you want to try them all.
