This place seems constantly understaffed. I feel bad for the hardworking staff who get stressed when the store is very busy while their coworkers are somewhere else (not sure if they are working in the back, on a break, or otherwise absent, but it is a regular occurrence here that one person is manning everything from mobile orders to the customer counter). I would not want to work here, seems stressful. The food is fine,

I was at the counter for over 5 minutes with other people in line waiting. The girl behind the counter was cleaning out a coffee maker or something so she saw us and just continued to do whatever she was doing. So I walked out with about 2-3 other customers

Not a lot to say. The Coffee is great no matter which Dunkin donuts that you go to. Sandwich and donuts are good as well.
It gets 5 stars because I love caffeine. But, there's usually too much sugar even if you ask for less and ALWAYS too much ice...like, I don't pay 5$ for a shot of coffee, shat ton of sugar, and a whole cup of ice. The staff is always nice though!

If happen to have the pleasure of grabbing coffee here while Eddie is working, you are in for very professional and friendly service. Also the munchkin buckets are a hit with the kids.

Went in grabbed a dozen donuts, used the restroom (clean and not smelly), then left. Took about 10 mins total time.
Parking: Plenty of Parking spots available.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access with small ramps at door.

The staff are almost never at the counter. Theyre in the back. Theres no sign, or bell, i think its poor lay out of the store and maybe staff just doesnt care to be more visible. The staff indulge in workplace drama in front of God and everybody. (managers have had to be called to deescalate work place tiffs on at least one occassion) No drive thru. Maybe this one is corporate policy, but the staff will see you there, a line formed even, before they say 'Hi', acknowledge the customer or take in-person oders, they get busy crafting online orders.I drive extra to use a different dunkin's if I have the time.
Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs, I'm not sure how well the clearance of the doorway is. It's a single door. there is a handicap parking spot.
