This place is clearly mismanaged. I walked in and stood behind the front counter to make an order. There was only one dude there working in the kitchen. He didn’t greet me or ask what I wanted. After I stood there for 5 minutes with not a single employee approaching me, he finally acknowledged my presence and asked if I wanted to place an order. I told him I did. He told me I needed to “place order over there,” and haphazardly pointed to the right somewhere. Then he went back to grilling like I was nothing but an inconvenience.

I walked to the right to find the dining room area. Again, no employees in sight. The bar was full. I gave up at this point and left.

Shitty customer service coupled with a depressing atmosphere inside. This is a dying establishment with disgruntled employees.

Stood at counter while guy making food stared at me waited 20 minutes. Then he yelled for someone else to take my order. Then waited while food guy made everyone who called in orders on phone after I ordered watched him make there food. Then he asked me about my sandwich and it was not even mine. Then when I got my sandwich which I paid almost 9 dollars for a simple large ham and cheese got halfway back to where I was going and realized the size was wrong. Ugh NEVER AGAIN BAD BAD!!!!

Food is ok. Service not so much. The phone is never answered and one time I drove there to order and the lady who is supposed to be answering the phone was in the bar drunk. Another time I ordered food and waited two hours for my order. I called them multiple times and again nobody answered the phone.

We used to frequent this restaurant because of their pizza. We would get a pizza at least once a week prior to moving. Last week we were in the area and ordered one. It was not good. The crust was completely burnt. We tossed it out.

Food was disgusting. Have tried multiple times now. They seem to only now how to serve undercooked or burnt food. The cheeseburger sub had a meat like substance barely noticeable with all the bread. The Mozzarella sticks more were empty burnt shells with no cheese delivered in a clump. Garlic cheese bread like chewing tasteless rubber. Chicken bites burnt. Save your money. Go elsewhere.

They did have what I ordered and called about it 45 mins after I had ordered to tell me and then I changed what I want got rude Ness on the phone. Then they proceed to take another 40 mins to even deliver my food to me.. I got a club and it wasn't even toasted. The Italian sub had sat so long the oil soaked into the bread and the sausage grinder the mayo wasn't even put on the sub it was on the side. This isn't the fi3st time we have gone here and every time it's a disappointment. Stay far away from this place.

.the place was swelteringly hot .. seemed like no a/c ... took for ever to get two subs , I disliked the sub, but it was very good bread.... all just my personal opinion.. I won't go back..

It was a quick stop on the side of the road. It took a really long time to get a cold sub. The place isn't tidy, but it was clean. In particular the bathroom was really clean and comfortably designed. The has the feel of a central NH local place.

This is the second time this to me, I just called was asked to if I could hold but they do not have a mute button. I would really suggest them getting one, A few months ago, this happened to me and I heard people talking about their sexual experiences with their coworkers. I was on hold, which was disgusting to hear. This time after waiting 10 minutes I could hear people arguing With their coworkers. I figured they forgot I was there so I decided to hang up and call back, but no one answered. I called about 10 times, they really need to hire new staff. Their food is fine, but their customer service truly sucks.

I will never order from them again. I ordered through the app. First it says it will be delivered in 40 min then changes to 1 hour 15 min. After an hour and a half I call and the lady that answered asked my address. She spoke to someone and after a few minutes told me it was on the way. Another 30 min goes by, and the delivery driver/ dishwasher calls to tell me they had a printer issue and never made the order. Why not tell me that the first time I called. I get it stuff happens but don't lie about it and then have an employee call instead of a manager. Horrible customer service and a waste of time!
