I work across the street from another Subway location (with subpar service) and drive 5 miles to this one due to their high service level and dependability. There's a guy who works here during the week who I believe is the manager. Whether it's him or someone under his guidance, subs are made correctly and on time EVERY time.

I only eat at subway 3 or 4 times a year and in the back of my mind I think I had a problem the last time I was there. As soon as I walked in a customer tried to shove a coupon in my face and I looked and said oh that’s for a foot long I’m not buying one of those but she kept pestering me for several minutes. I asked about the new dippers. Then looked at menu which has totally changed. Very friendly staff and 1 mentioned chicken salad and I remembered getting it a couple years ago and it was yummy and is one of the few places that doesn’t use celery which I can’t eat. Ordered it on flatbread. I won’t be going back. Flatbread taste has changed. Chicken salad was disgusting and around $10 for a small. Chicken tasted like it came out of can and just tossed onto bread. Very disappointed.

Subs were a mess. Nice staff. But they definitely need more training. Asked for shredded cheddar for my daughters sub and got American cheese. Didn't cut the subs either.
I would tell people to look at their sandwiches before they wrap them up ,When you asked for bacon or even extra bacon on your sandwiches And you pay six dollars extra And they don’t put bacon on your sandwich ?

For company says fresh totally wrong onions on sandwich not fresh asked for bacon got aditude from server please ask for meat when first ordering I'm sorry just thought of it. 10 bucks for small sandwich that should have gotten better one from gas station up street.

Stopped in for a few sandwiches on our way north, and the atmosphere was a little interesting for a Subway. One staffer was quiet and polite. While the other was rude and disrespectful to the other staff member. Complete disregard for customers in front of them. Dropping kitchen equipment and putting right back in front of food.
