I only eat at subway 3 or 4 times a year and in the back of my mind I think I had a problem the last time I was there. As soon as I walked in a customer tried to shove a coupon in my face and I looked and said oh that’s for a foot long I’m not buying one of those but she kept pestering me for several minutes. I asked about the new dippers. Then looked at menu which has totally changed. Very friendly staff and 1 mentioned chicken salad and I remembered getting it a couple years ago and it was yummy and is one of the few places that doesn’t use celery which I can’t eat. Ordered it on flatbread. I won’t be going back. Flatbread taste has changed. Chicken salad was disgusting and around $10 for a small. Chicken tasted like it came out of can and just tossed onto bread. Very disappointed.

I would tell people to look at their sandwiches before they wrap them up ,When you asked for bacon or even extra bacon on your sandwiches And you pay six dollars extra And they don’t put bacon on your sandwich ?

For company says fresh totally wrong onions on sandwich not fresh asked for bacon got aditude from server please ask for meat when first ordering I'm sorry just thought of it. 10 bucks for small sandwich that should have gotten better one from gas station up street.

Stopped in for a few sandwiches on our way north, and the atmosphere was a little interesting for a Subway. One staffer was quiet and polite. While the other was rude and disrespectful to the other staff member. Complete disregard for customers in front of them. Dropping kitchen equipment and putting right back in front of food.

Check the bottled drinks before buying them! I pulled a sprite out that was almost half empty and the seal broken. Dont waste your money on that stuff just go to the store beside it.They are always out of a lot here but the sandwiches are still good.

My wife and I ordered subs on the subway app. The app continue to show us the process of our subs being made. When the app said the subs were done, my wife then drove 15 minutes to the store and the one employee there told her they didn’t have any bread or meat or cheese. My wife then ask the Employee why they were open or why he did not call us and tell us this and he said I don’t know.??? we are still waiting for our refund of $16 from SUBWAY® and it seems like they do not want to give us our money back. Yeah we receive no product nothing. Subway is horrible. The owner of the Allenstown New Hampshire SUBWAY® hides you cannot get in touch with him. This is a joke. I want my money back and I want this taken care of. Maybe this will get their attention.
I ordered from DoorDash from this location. I ordered a protein bowl and they gave me a sub. It didn’t even list bread so I’m not sure how that was missed. I also ordered a bag of sun chips. I had to get a refund from DoorDash for my food, which I cannot eat as I cannot have bread.I was left with just chips. But oh, was that a grave mistake. I ate the chips and when I got to the bottom of the bag I noticed several tiny black specs. Ants. Dead ants. Several of them. Apparently they made their way into a small hole in the bag. I’m nauseated. Clearly this subway is not even worth your time or money and is unclean.
