I got coffee this morning just to get coffee grounds in my entire iced coffee this is unprofessional and they should know how to make iced coffee never have I ever got coffee grounds in my iced coffee before and I’m not about it.

TERRIBLE!!
Steer clear of this disaster!! Literally cannot make a hot coffee right if they’re life depended on it! Four days in a row this week and when I finally went back in today because I’m tired of just accepting and paying for horrific coffee, you then get the low class attitude and eye rolls of the asshats behind the counter who basically threw my coffee at me and guess what?! Still couldn’t get a simple hot coffee right! WORST DUNKIN AROUND! And you want a TIP!?! YEAH NOPE 👎
My toddlers have better manners.
It speaks volumes of the idiocy when they all act as they do. Terrible service . Horrific staff and completely incompetent of making a basic coffee !

I managed a dunkins for 6 years and know it's hard work, but there is no reason someone should be waiting almost 20 minutes for an order. They have gotten so expensive that I don't even bother getting my coffee here anymore.

The manager has a very bad attitude towards customers refusing to fix their orders and telling them that she wasn't going to serve them and gave them their money back saying the customers were giving them an attitude when we weren't it started at the menu board at the drive thru when she told us she couldn't hear us so I raised my voice just a little I wasn't yelling and she told me to stop yelling and told me to stop my attitude I never had an attitude. When I got to the window I noticed they were making medium coffees and not my larges that I ordered so I tried getting their attention before they started making them and they started arguing with me saying that I didn't order larges. Then the manager told me that she is going to refuse me service because I am giving them an attitude I never gave an attitude I only wanted my order to be fixed right.

Just ordered a hot latte and got an espresso shot poured over cold milk. Obviously I took it back to have it steamed. Then I had to have a discussion on what a hot latte is. Staff member was super confused and tried to tell me the milk wouldn’t be very warm because the shot isn’t that hot. More training maybe?

This dunks constantly has issues getting orders wrong, and the wait times are ridiculous. 5 people including myself left the drive through line because of how long we had to wait (20 minutes and only 2 cars in front of us 1 car got their order the second was still waiting when we left) this is a consistent problem with them. Combine this with the attitude you often get it is a wonder they are still open. We don't even go to this one anymore but we were out plowing and needed something quick. So much for that, back on the road, thirsty and hungry.

Been a loyal daily customer since May 2019 - but no longer. While it is the closest to me, the service has gotten to be horrible - and if you look at all of my reviews I have done on Google you will see I do not say that lightly. There is always a long line at drive thru. They usually have a hand-drawn sign up to say no in-person orders, mobile or drive thru only. And the topper is they do not prepare mobile orders UNTIL you are there. I kept ordered earlier and earlier in my commute and no matter what you order will NOT be ready until you arrive. The latest encounter is they now make you announce yourself and then they will make your order. All set with this place until they fix the issues they have.
