This dunks constantly has issues getting orders wrong, and the wait times are ridiculous. 5 people including myself left the drive through line because of how long we had to wait (20 minutes and only 2 cars in front of us 1 car got their order the second was still waiting when we left) this is a consistent problem with them. Combine this with the attitude you often get it is a wonder they are still open. We don't even go to this one anymore but we were out plowing and needed something quick. So much for that, back on the road, thirsty and hungry.

Been a loyal daily customer since May 2019 - but no longer. While it is the closest to me, the service has gotten to be horrible - and if you look at all of my reviews I have done on Google you will see I do not say that lightly. There is always a long line at drive thru. They usually have a hand-drawn sign up to say no in-person orders, mobile or drive thru only. And the topper is they do not prepare mobile orders UNTIL you are there. I kept ordered earlier and earlier in my commute and no matter what you order will NOT be ready until you arrive. The latest encounter is they now make you announce yourself and then they will make your order. All set with this place until they fix the issues they have.

These idiots only focus on drive thru they are too dumb to make delivery a priority when it clearly should be place full of wannabee rednecks for customers and I can't make money because staff won't just make two coffees for delivery I hate this place

Very rude customer service, act like you are bothering them when you order and are slow to boot. I've worked in customer service for years and would've been fired for acting like they do at the swanzey rt 10 location. Won't go back. Need to train people how to act let alone serving coffee. Sad world.

I arrived to one person waiting in line so I approached the counter! The few girls that were work didn’t even acknowledge that I was there! Well after almost 8 minutes of standing there with no a word to be said to me I walked up to the pick up counter to only get a very dirty look from the girl and have her just turn around and walk away! All it took was for them to say something! I will never patronize Dunkin’s again after this experience! Ten minutes and not a word was said! Save yourself the time and go to aroma joes at least the people that work there like their jobs!

The workers need to learn some customer service skills better yet, get some new employees that know how to treat people. I ordered a coffee, a donut and wake up wrap. I had to drive back around because they forgot my wake up wrap. This worker threw my food at me, my coffee was covered in coffee. She was laughing at me and calling me crazy. I have never been treated so badly and I will never go to this Dunkin again if I can help it. I told her I was going to report her and she said go ahead. This is the type of workers you want working at your establishment?

Why is this place so slow? Takes 20-30 mins to get thru the drive thru! You expect only one person to be working with that type of wait. Then when you pull up, you see there's 4-5 working. What are they all doing? Tik-Toks? ?
