Declaring to a customer 15 min before closing that my order better be only one sandwich (it was) is a bit unprofessional. I've worked customer facing, you work till close, if someone comes in a min before closing you take care of them you don't declare a limit to an order. All part of the job.

Pretty typical subway. You know what to expect. Food was good and well made. Easy to get to. And in and out of. Plenty of parking. Would be much better if Google posted address when asking you to review one of these so you know which one you are reviewing and could give more detailed info.Vegetarian options: Can make subs any way you want so plenty options if you don't want meat.Dietary restrictions: Food made to order so easy to accommodate restrictions.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of options for children as well.

Consistently disappointing if trying to order online / in app. This location repeatedly leaves off ingredients paid for, including when you pay extra for avocado or double meat. Was informed by one of the employees that the manager is hardly ever there, which might explain why the employees feel free to not pay attention to what the online order slips actually say.Do not order online or in app for this location, you won't get what you paid for.

I am leaving 1 star for 1 reason only. The manager Devin Menard. Watching him berate his staff in front of me, to the point of watching them shake while making my sandwich. I only waited about 20 seconds before being helped. One gentleman started my order the other was checking on bread in the oven. The manager came out of nowhere (from the store somewhere, not from the back of the subway or the bathroom). He then grabbed a metal pole and hit the bread with it and immediately started to berate the young man who was checking on it. Right in front of me, he then asked the young man to go to the back room. Bashing on him more. All the while I can hear everything. The only reason I will EVER return to this location is to support the AMAZING young men that helped me. Thank you SO MUCH Daniel and Jared. You both deserve SO much more than the manager you got. I will be checking in to ensure no retaliation is put on these young men. Look at my Google profile, I NEVER leave bad reviews. However something had to be said here and I couldn't let it go without someone knowing. Do betterSubway!

The food here is consistently consistent. As good as one can expect when getting subway from a gas station. The staff is always fast and friendly. The lady with the dreadlocks runs a tight ship and is always great to visit with when the restaurant is not busy. I give 4 stars on atmosphere because the rude old lady that works at the T bird (not Subway) many mornings is nasty and clearly hates her job and customers.

There are only 2 or 3 people that actually possess customer service skills at this particularstore in Swanzey NH, the rest are rude and treat you like you're bothering them to come in and get a sandwich. The last straw was paying for extra meat, and not getting any meat or cheese on all 3 of our sandwiches, just vegetables and sauce, not even a toasted bun and an attitude when asked to make it right

Ordered through the app, there was a problem with one of the sandwiches not being ready due to an ingredient out of stock, made the replacement sandwich right away. Both sandwiches were made properly, tasted as they should. 2 girls at the counter running online and in person orders doing a great job!

Went in tonight to get a footlong sub after not going in for about a year after horrible service at that time. My husband and I were truly impressed! The new manager is great! He was super friendly, and there was no wait. Bread was fresh, as were the ingredients. My sub was made well, and just as I ordered it. BEST EXPERIENCE WE HAVE HAD AT ANY RESTAURANT/FOOD ESTABLISHMENT IN A VERY LONG TIME! THANK YOU SUBWAY! KEEP THIS MANAGER PLEASE! 5 Stars, we will definitely return!

Went into Subway, and was first in line, 3 people in back of me. Wasn't even asked what I wanted, and the guy behind the counter, goes and gets 4 sub rolls and starts making 4 subs, with all of us waiting in line. Now I know why Subway is at the bottom of the list of fast food businesses that are taking a nose dive. I should have just gone to Jersey Mike's, the best dubs around, but I was heading out of town. Last time going to Subway !!!!
