I went through the drive thru last night, apparently right before close…I was unaware of the time but saw they were open..the lobby and parking lot were full so I went through the drive thru…I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches, a coffee and a donut for my sleeping child in my backseat. While ordering the woman was so rude. I got to the window and she let me know they closed at 5…it was 455…I apologized and when the older woman gave me my sandwiches, she slammed the window in my face. So unbelievably rude, we won’t be going back on any future vacations.

I made a mobile order at the Tamworth location and I will never be back due to how RUDE the employees were. Went here on Thursday morning, 4/23/25 at 9:30am and all 3 employees were the nastiest employees I’ve ever experienced anywhere. Their customer service doesn’t even deserve one star. Not to even mention my mobile dunkin order took exactly 24 minutes from the time ordered to the time it was in my hand. I run a fast high paced breakfast spot and there’s no reason for biting someone’s head off because you can’t handle stress. UNREAL.

I unfortunately have gone here many days per week for the past several years. You need to expect to spend at least 10 minutes waiting whether they are busy or not. Any drink you order that deviates from “large regular” will be met with confusion and you’ll need to repeat it several times (they’ll get it wrong either way so don’t bother). You’ll need to talk very slowly. It will feel like it’s their first day and you’re the first customer they’ve ever interacted with. Sandwiches are always over cooked. Orders are often incorrect and they’ll treat you like it’s your fault if you say anything. They never give napkins and you’ll often have to beg for a straw for your drink. I’ve been going to dunks for 35 years all along the east coast and can say with certainty that this is by far the slowest and most incompetent one you will encounter. Maybe it’s management or maybe it’s just the general quality of available help in the area. Who knows and who cares. Good luck and enjoy the wait.
I've visited this DD more times than you can count because of convenience. They are consistently out of everything. Today it was straws, covers and milk. How does this happen. You would think by now they would have it figured out.

Went in on a Saturday that was very busy..took unusually long to get waited on and we were in the front of the line! The napkin holder was empty and had to ask for napkins, which took forever because I had to ask twice because they forgot I asked for some!
