My autistic son burnt his hands using the water in the mens room to wash his hands. It was scalding hot water, no matter what setting. Now his hands are all red !
Worst service ever! Fire the incompetent and highly rude redhead and the big lady who messed up my order when it was simple and made very clear. I am so sick of these awful service experiences with Dunkin. I hope Dunkin goes out of business!

Maybe pay better so you don't have such staffing issues. The wait for a mobile order was almost 40 minutes. Simply ridiculous.

They shut down the lobby when we had an online order and they expected us to wait in the very long and slow moving line. The whale behind the window was also very rude when asked if we had to wait in the long line since we already placed our ordered!
Don’t go or order on a Saturday morning at this location. We were in line 50 minutes before ordering. The manager closed the lobby to prevent customers coming in and stood at the entrance with locked doors to let customers out. She was telling prospective customers to go in the drive up. There were 4 staff working and could not handle the load.

Over the years (I’m talking a decade +) this dunks proves to be the worst one I’ve ever been to. Coffee order wrong. Wrong type of cheese on sandwich. Hair in food. And the staff is generally not knowledgeable or kind.
Every year or so I give it another chance and it fails. Not sure why I do this.
When they have to close their lobby due to staffing issues they set their app to walk in only, which people use to avoid lines. Now they have a long line of walk in and drive thru costumers and are using condescending tones when guests let them know their app setting is backwards.

Come up to this area often and love the convenience of this dunks. My daughters (1 and 3)and I did a mobile order for a couple coffees and munchkins. We waited in the drive thru line for about 15 minutes with one car in front of us already at the window. When our order was handed to me I looked inside to see only 3 munchkins. Having two kiddos I knew I needed the 5 I thought I ordered. I questioned if I could get two more munchkins and this woman came over and said mam you only ordered 3. I apologized and said okay could I just pay to get 2 more. She said we don't do add on's at the window. I said okay then can we please just have two more munchkins and you guys could take this money. Nope.. I visited the next day and everyone was pleasant and super hard working. I think if they just let that one unhappy worker go it would truly improve the reviews for this location.

Let's get the subjective things out of the way; I was a but irritated with the length of the line, which is not at all Dunkin's fault.
I wasn't very impressed with the clear mockery of certain order tickets, which is a fair way to keep your sanity in the midst of a busy day of customer service.
The objective things are what my ratings for food and service are based on; The cashier was polite and patient with my barely-awake stammering, the employees were active and making sure every customer and order were being seen to, and the call outs for completed orders were friendly if not professional.
In est, taking time to wake up and appreciate the food and coffee I was given gave me time to put my negative, subjective feelings aside and be a lot more fair toward Dunkin staff.

I went here to pick up an order for a large group of people. As I arrived the workers told me that they didn’t have eggs for any of the sandwiches. Understandable but it should have been advertised on the app that there were no eggs. Then they told me they didn’t have lemonade for the refreshers. Should have been on the app. Then as I received the drinks and food I asked if they had large straws for the large drinks. They said no and I asked the woman why she would make the large drinks without the large straws and what she expected me to do. She told me off and she just said to drink with the small straws. No large straws is fine but then as I came back inside I hear the woman talking about me to her other coworkers. I asked her to not talk about me as I’m behind her and she told me she doesn’t care about talking about me. Then I came back in again after putting drinks in the car and I hear different people arguing with the same woman saying asking why the workers were talking about them. They then said to her we aren’t talking about you we are talking about the straw guy. So they admitted they were talking about me and were being rude.

20 minutes for burnt hash browns and my sandwich only had one piece of bacon torn into 3 pieces. Not even worth going back in to complain honestly.
No structure at all behind the counter. People constantly walk out because of what they see. There needs to be some restructuring with management and workers. I have been going to DD since past 30 yrs , And been to some more busy ones and got my order faster. The people were very friendly behind the counter. But looked like there was no order at all, they looked confused.
