Let's get the subjective things out of the way; I was a but irritated with the length of the line, which is not at all Dunkin's fault.
I wasn't very impressed with the clear mockery of certain order tickets, which is a fair way to keep your sanity in the midst of a busy day of customer service.

Very busy Dunkin after 9 am on weekends. Prepare to wait a few minutes and maybe even park off to the side as the drive thru line can block you in.

Went in on a Saturday that was very busy..took unusually long to get waited on and we were in the front of the line! The napkin holder was empty and had to ask for napkins, which took forever because I had to ask twice because they forgot I asked for some!
