The BEST pastries and bread! We got a bunch of different pastries to share and they were gone so fast. The cardamom cream bun was definitely the favorite. The whole place is also super cute and has lovely outdoor seating.

A great little bake shop/cafe with a warm, friendly atmosphere. Coffee and pastries are very good and fresh. Breads too. The quality is very noticeable. The live music on Wednesday mornings (lots of talented musicians!) is extra special and fun and certainly adds to the old-timey local-gathering-place feel. Just go once and you'll want to keep coming back.

Meathead Mindset
Came on a weekend away with my girlfriend and sat out on the back porch with a view of the little river running behind the bakery. Food was all housemade and delicious and the coffee was good too. Owner came out to chat with us. Sweet lady. Gave us a few recommendations of places in the area to check out while we are here for the weekend.
A day drive from Maine in the country only to come upon this little gem. And Wed, 9-11 you'll find locals sharing their musical instruments, wow! I specialize in chocolate and the round brownie like cake was fabulous; so much so after a walk I went back for another. My gal loved the lemon cake and made French toast with their beautiful croissant! You'll see us again; great hiking area! P.S. sorry no pictures; all gone!
