My husband and I took a drive to get two banana split blizzards last night We were very disappointed. First the price went up and second most of the blizzard was vanilla soft serve We have bought these blizzards at various DQ. Needless to say last nights was awful You put a few strawberries and bananas on top then nothing I have noticed various previous comments on this issue. The response is exactly the same Sorry for your experience, give us another try Well I guess you haven’t done anything to correct the problem The response is a cookie cutter response

Had a great experience at Dairy Queen! The staff was friendly and really listened to what I wanted, even though it wasn’t on the menu. Excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere — I would visit again if given the opportunity.

Ordered lg Snickers blizzard. All I got was large vanilla ice cream. Not happy at all considering the price . I remember blizzard being packed with toppings what happened?

I excitedly stopped into the drive thru on my way past to get an orange shake, and by the time I got home an hour later I had a nasty case of the runs that lasted all evening! Definitely not what I needed on a Sunday night, so no more DQ shakes for me!
Got the birthday cake blizzard and asked for extra extra filling and that's what i got..... i asked to pack it full with frosting and cake and it was fabulously delicious

Only being able to order certain blizzards through the app when you can't fully customize how you'd like the blizzard is stupid... makes no difference ordering on app or at the window, the same place is making it regardless... changing by 5 star rating to 1. I'd give it 0 if I could....

This was our first time at this location. We ordered a small blizzard and a medium got fudge sundae. The employees were super polite, and super efficient! We would definitely return!
