I love this location and go to it a couple days a week. I usually get the $5 meal, which is what I got today. The difference with today was that the wraps were gross! They taste like perfume or a cleaner was accidentally sprayed on them, couldn’t even finish it, my throat burns from a couple of bites.

They were not that busy, but who was ever making sandwiches Was very slow. The lady at the window was very friendly. The reason for the low review was because we figured we'd try something new and got the sourdough breakfast sandwich. My wife's was toasted mine wasn't, the bacon was practically raw. The glazed donuts and the coffees were good, though. We usually have pretty good luck at this location so we can just chalk it up as a bad day behind the counter.

Order; Med iced 6 cream, 3 Splenda. Med hot dark roast French vanilla extra cream extra sugar. We received the iced without Splenda and a plain black hot coffee. I took the 10 minute ride at 5a (no creamer at home), disappointed and will not be returning

Good customer service But be careful with the restrooms in this location The bathrooms are for one single person at the time while my grandson was in the bathroom and adult men walked right in and use the bathroom in front of my grandson. The bathroom supposed to be for one person. I didn’t know it was one person, my grandson just ran out spoke with management. They said they can’t do nothing about it.

the lady who served us was extremely unprofessional, when repeating our order back to us she said “did you guys get the medium chai latte and blah blah blah” she was very rude and overall it was not a good experience.
The older lady takeing orders today was not good she needs to be told to stop complaining about who showed up to work or not in front of customers to other employees.

Have stopped by many times coming home from the mountains and lakes region and have always enjoyed it. However, today, while sitting down enjoying coffee and donut with my wife, the foul language used by an employee lead to us leaving the premises. I do not enjoy listening to it's your God Damn job followed by a flurry of S__ts.

Over the past few months this Dunks has really struggled. There’s a couple of the staff who know what they’re doing but most of them need training and leadership. They overcharged me once and instead of fixing it, had me pick a donut I didn’t even want. They don’t label the coffees all the time which matters because we do coffee runs for SYC there for multiple staff and need to not be guessing who got what. Finally, they make the ice coffee with so much ice you get 5-6 sips on a large and you’re done. My advice is to go to the Tilton one until they get it together there….
