The Balboa

The food is delicious and the staff is always friendly and smiling. Sometimes there's a short wait, but it is so worth it! I'm not usually a big fan of "sandwich" shops, but Fresh Takes has changed that! I've become a regular.

Great sandwiches! Excellent value with lots of meat per sandwich. Rave reviews from my son who got the pulled pork sandwich. Lovely sense of community spirit with a little free library set up inside.

best pasta salad i have had in my life. fresh quality ingredients. the dressing is so sweet i can’t believe what i am tasting. indescribable. the red bliss potato salad was the best potato salad as well. so many hidden flavours. i am so beyond impressed.
