they always deliver on time and are respectful,I'd recommend them to everyone.food is aways good,grant you the grinders can use more meat on them but I could always eat less no one is perfect nor satisfy everyone but pizza express comes pretty darn close.They are always here for me.Great job guys, kudos to you

Ordered 2 large cheese pizzas. Very dry, little sauce , little cheese, all dough that was like undercooked bread. Just awful. Wasted money on food nobody wanted to eat.

I ordered a couple steak&cheese subs and some chicken wings the other night when everyone else was closed. My experience was was blah when it came to customer service. I walked in around 1700 hrs to pick up my food. Just before going in, I noticed the windows dirty/not washed and one of them broke. I also noticed the front of the place had not been swept in a while. Walking through the clouded glass door, the floor of the place is all coming apart and the place was really dark. The menus had not been turned on, and the guy who worked there looked like he had just crawled out of bed. He was not very friendly; just really quiet. I paid $31 for two steak bombs and two orders of wings. About average price. As I was leaving, I noticed some of the tables were dirty and noticed the floor again. The food was good however. The steak and cheese was not greasy nor the wing dings. I was happy about that because most places around here use pre-shaved steak and it usually picks up all the grease taste from the grill. Over all I think if the owners took the time to clean and fix the place up and took more care in their appearance, this would be a great place. As it is now, THOP is okay but over priced for the same food but what keeps people happy is how the customer is treated. I usually refer to them for their customer service as it is the standard how people should be treated. I might get more food from Pizza Express if the above issues are met. This is why I give them 2 stars.
