My girlfriend called to place an order the other day. Tried online, wouldn’t work so we called. The First Gentleman was very nice but couldn’t figure out why their system wasn’t working. Without telling us he transferred us to a manager. The manager was extremely rude, kept repeating that our card was not charged, I had my mobile app open showing a 54 charge to Pizza Hut and did absolutely nothing to help us. We now have to try and figure it out with the bank she said. So we got charged, got no food and now have to try and get our money back through the bank. Never again will I order from this establishment.

Each item of food was spectacular. The Supreme Pan Pizza was the perfect combination of fluffy chewy interior with light and crispy exterior. The topping amounts and distribution were flawless (I subtracted the pork (too salty) and added olives and tomatoes!) And in spite of the myriad toppings it wasn't soggy or heavy at all. My 3 year old daughter LOVED The hand-tossed with the cupped pepperoni; she is a very picky eater but she went back for 3 slices! And the bone-in wings, while in my opinion a bit too expensive (Wish they were part of more bundles) were exceptional. Most places have anemic sized wings but these were full and meaty! I also appreciate the technique of putting the sauce at the bottom and then putting the wings dry on top so they don't sog. The speed was great as was the convenience of ordering online and picking up at the window. Even the person who gave me my order was friendly and expeditious. I also really appreciated that I could use my reward points for free pizza.
All in all this was a wonderful experience and my whole family loved it. Will absolutely be ordering again! :-) Thanks Pizza Hut!

Was there recently waited 10 minutes to be seated no one was out front. Once seated the guy said he would be right with us didn't come back out.. won't be back
It was good... It's been a long time since I've been there....but the pizza was still the same ..good! Restaurant was clean, waitress friendly, and we were happy.

Website was down, called and the person doing the phone was Incredibly rude. Ignored it and Then went to get my food at the pickup window. Had to beep several times while watching Both people that were supposed to be doing the window, and I know they're supposed to be doing the window because they're the ones that came, and cashed me out and and handed me my food. Where sitting there talking about God knows what. I'm a manager of business. And if my employees acted that way, they would definitely be reprimand. I give leeway, but no one should have to beep several times to get Their acknowledgement because they're too busy talking and when they come to the window they are pissy with an attitude. It's ridiculous. You're at work, please do your job. Plus when I called she was very condescending, very rude. I do not appreciate this behavior, especially since I order from here regularly.

I ordered a stuffed crust pizza and an order of mild buffalo wings. When I picked up my order and got back home I opened the wings which weren't even tossed in the sauce, the sauce was just sitting on the bottom of the container. The pizza certainly wasn't pizza. How thin can you possibly stretch the dough before there's no bottom crust 🤔 as far as it being stuffed, nope and it was hard and cold. Worst experience ever going here and we've been going to pizza hut all my life.

Overall, Pizza Hut is a solid choice for breadsticks and pan pizza. I used to enjoy their personal pan pizzas for BookIt at the old Franklin location before that closed and they opened this one in Tilton. The drive thru window is very convenient. The employee who took my order over the phone was friendly and accurate when taking my order, too.

I’m not satisfied. We ordered 2 pizzas. One cheese, And on pepperoni, we also had got 2 sides for bread sticks and one order of cinnamon rolls. The cinnamon rolls did not look normal size,we only got one of our 2 orders of bread sticks and no dipping sauce it is supposed to come with. And just to top it off the pizza was not fully cooked. I’m not very impressed.
There is some room for improvement.
