I went there about an hr ago ordered online and I gave another 20 to 30 minutes for him to make them and they the bread was hard as a rock this isn't the first time this has happened the last few times the bread has been rock hard and the lettuce a lot of brown I'm sick of it something needs to be done 60 bucks later and every sub was hard as a rock .
If I could leave no stars I would. A week ago my husband and I orders subs here. We spent 30 bucks. The worker was slow the bread was rock hard AND on top of that I found a hair in my sub. We have been trying for a week to get a refund. But today we were told they don't give refunds. That they only give replacement subs. Why would I want another sub from there. I want my money back.
Was told bread was fresh. It was hard as rock. I asked to have the bacon heated...it was half cooked. Not a good sub.
This is the second time I have visited this location. The customer service is probably the worst service I have experienced. The employee complained how much she didn't like her job, talked about her personal issues, did not focus on the customer. She didn't seem to know what she was doing. The food was not refilled, wilted , the space is dirty. The other employee was not helpful in refilling products. She spent more time , while working, conversing with her family thst walked in. I will not be back to this location , nor would I recommend this location.
For the third time in a month there was no one at the counter when I arrived. On two occasions I had to ask a Walmart employee if the location was open. On one such occasion the Walmart employee tried to find the Subway employee for me, and ended up just saying they could not find them. I waited for almost 20 minutes before leaving...
This past time thankfully the employee showed up 5 minutes after I arrived.
I don't understand why no one has thought to put a sign when an employee is not available. That way I don't have to stand there wasting my time on my lunch break to determine if anyone is actually working that day...
If this is a staffing issue, then maybe pay your employees more. I've seen what you guys advertise for pay and it's abysmal. Get with the times, everything is ridiculously expensive. Can't expect people to show up for work when they can't even afford to live on what 40 hours a week would net them working there... Maybe do a real life assessment of what things cost in your area to determine what to pay instead of keeping your head up your ass and pretending things are like they were 10-20 years ago...

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. For the second time in the last month I've stood around waiting to be helped for more than 15 minutes because the two chumps that work evenings were outside smoking. When I spoke to them about this they copped an attitude. Neither of these morons should be working in customer service. Go somewhere else for your food.

Worst (or I guess invisible?) customer service. I placed an order in the parking lot prior to shopping at the Walmart there. Received an email while I was inside that the order was accepted. Shortly after, I received a second email that the order was cancelled. I went into the subway to ask why, because I had no missed calls or anything. As I was about to enter, a customer waiting at the counter shrugged, and turned and left. He said he had been waiting over five minutes with no service and no employee behind the counter. I turned to a gentleman finishing a sub at the table nearby, and he had no idea where the employee went. I left and went to Jersey Mike's instead.

Absolutely horrible. Was told I could not order 4 sandwiches as the bread had to last her all day.
I've never really been impressed in this location, from having a very rude manager a few years ago to super slow service today. Better off going to Main St in Concord or to Epsom, and you'd probably still save time despite the drive.
Supposedly opens at 9:00a.m., quite often doesn’t open until after 10:00 . There looks to be only one employee, who seems to take frequent smoke breaks.Would give zero stars if I could, but will give one, because employee is generally kind and polite, although seems flustered being the only one that appears to ever be there.Besides that, I would give zero stars for how difficult it is to catch a moment to order in the morning.Update: 3 weeks later, trying to order a sandwich at 9:47 am (opens at 9:00a.m.) and gates are still closed with employee somewhere outside.What tha hell.
