All I can say is wow! Vs is a great place for real, fresh, authentic Vietnamese food!. I have never had a bad experience or bad food from here. From the Pho, Ramen, and the Banh Mi sandwiches are the real deal. Beef, pork, chicken, you will love them all. The Boba's are absolutely delicious! I can literally eat this food everyday. For such a smaller place, the hit big on flavor and service. For anyone in the area or coming to the area, you have to stop by and try this place out!!! Best in the state!!

Went in a few days ago and got a strawberry boba tea. It was a bit on the sweet side, but refreshing and so good! The wait time was short, the staff there were friendly! Perfect place for grabbing a quick bite while shopping downtown.

Solid place to visit, we ordered a taro bubble tea and a brown sugar tea. The brown sugar had way more sugar than expected, and same for the taro. The taro flavor was there but it was fairly masked by the sugar. Additionally more than half the large cup was literally just ice cubes. The gentleman (owner?) is very nice and the place is small and nice. However if there was more of the drink and less sugar as well it would be 5 stars easily.

I love V's! The food is always spectacular! The owners, Rose and Sonny, are very friendly and helpful and really appreciate their customers. Sonny might even sing a little song to you as he hands you your order ♡. There are tofu options for the banh mi, the pho, and the fresh rolls, and all of these are very delicious and filling. I actually work in close proximity to the shop, and regularly smelling the fantastic food being prepared at V's is almost too much to handle. It's a miracle I don't cave to my baser instincts and eat there every day. There are tons of boba drink options on the menu to try, and the ones I've had are excellent and fun to sip. There are both regular tapioca and popping boba options. The shop is closed on Sundays and Wednesdays. Keep in mind it is a small shop with one small table, so it's best to order ahead and take out. I'm so glad to have their food in my area as it can be tough in a small town to find vegan/vegetarian options locally.Vegetarian options: Each menu section, sandwiches, soup, and spring rolls, has a tofu option (get the sandwich with no mayo for vegan version). As vegans, we are able to get a very satisfying and flavorful meal. Some bobas come with cream added, but we haven't had a problem omitting it.Parking: The on-street parking can be very crowded during lunch and dinner times, and the municipal parking behind the building is often full at peak times. Police officers are very observant about the time limits.Kid-friendliness: Kids love the boba drinks. They are colorful, fun, and tasty!

The gentleman making my bahn mi was very entertaining. He was almost as good as the food. Almost...I will definitely be back. I had 2 of their sandwiches. The pork and the beef. The pork had an excellent flavor and all of the ingredients seemed very fresh. I washed the sandwiches down with a strawberry bubble tea. Which was also very good!
