Stumbled on this place on the way to Brattleboro. Owner was super gracious, food was spectacular, and service was quick. Not a dine-in place but they have a couple booths to sit and eat takeout, which we happily did. Thank you!

This was our first Thai food. We drove about 45 minutes to go here. They’re really not set up for dine-in (which we didn’t know), though there are three tables you can choose to sit at to eat your take-out. The owner was super kind, checked on us several times, and seemed thrilled that we chose his food for our first Thai experience. We ordered fried Thai vegetable dumplings, Golden Bags, sticky rice, and Gai Graprow w/ crispy chicken. All were very good. Total: $45.41

We have driven past this place a few times en route to Vermont and had the chance to finally stop in today for lunch. The two duck curries we shared were amazing. We have been to Thailand a number of times and these were on par with cuisine we enjoying during our travels. What a gem!!!

Great place! Food was fantastic, service was excellent. The only issue I have is that the pearls are not the same consistency as they are in Asia, but that is probably more or less an issue with the way pearls are transported to the US and not an issue with the quality here. I would give this place 5 out of 5 stars. The best Thai place I have been to outside of Thailand and I have been to Thai restaurants in 5 differen t countries.

Take out was incredible. Very generous portions, excellent quality. Some of the best Thai food I've ever had and definitely the best Thai take out I've had. We had the gai graprow (spicy chicken with fresh basil) delicious. Panaeng curry was excellent (spicy smooth curry with a very balanced flavor). The chicken tempura order was cruncy, tender, tasty, and a huge portion. Great Food and GREAT Value!

Delicious and very generous portions! If I lived closer than Nashua NH this would become my new take out location. You best believe anytime I'm close to Troy I'll be making an excuse to call in an order. I highly recommend this to everyone around. We got the chicken pad thai with the most delicous moist pieces of chicken, massaman curry and yellow with very amazing thai curry flavor. Tofu triangles, dumplings and chicken tempora were to die for. Thai iced tea and coffee YUM. Very great comfort food and I'm so glad I have leftovers for today. The owner was extremely kind! Thank you so much for the amazing food!

We love coming to Thai Bamboo with our family, including our children. The food here is incredibly authentic, with fresh ingredients and high-quality dishes. The attention to detail is evident, and the portions are quite generous.
Our kids especially love the Shrimp Mixed Veggies Rice—the shrimp is thick and delicious, complemented perfectly by chestnuts and other fresh vegetables. The Beef Noodle Soup is also a favorite; the beef broth is rich and flavorful.
The owner, Chot, is extremely friendly and always checks on us to make sure everything is perfect. This place is truly a hidden gem. We’ve tried many Thai restaurants before, but Thai Bamboo stands out as one of the best. Highly recommend!
