Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life waited 20 minutes at the drive-through with only two cars in front of me then when I got to the window, it was another 10 minutes before anybody even acknowledged. I was there and had my single iced coffee. I live in Warner and come here all the time. Usually the service is better but lately it’s been getting worse and worse.

It is very difficult for them to get my order right, cold brew with cookie butter cold foam. Never right.
What a bummer. We’ve been driving for hours and were so excited for Dunkin’. Not only was our snack bacon not warm,it had solidified grease on it still from being cold. The munchkins were not fresh and didn’t have a lot of glaze. Can’t recommend.

There's not much point rating Dunkin. I doubt anyone old enough to drink coffee hasn't been to one. I used to work at one when I was 17. But, things have changed over the years. Their offerings have expanded, they post calories so you can't pretend anymore, and it's really focused now on the drive-thru crowd. While others are waiting in lines of cars, it's the perfect moment to go inside, sit down and treat yourself to a mini getaway. It's super clean and empty. You'll occasionally hear the banter between people who seem to work well with each other.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Dunkin'. Not only did the waitress greet me with a mocking smile when I had difficulty expressing myself in English, but two minutes later, when I asked to add a few more creams, she refused, saying that the store was closed. Then I heard her burst out laughing with two of her colleagues. The lack of courtesy and respect is blatant in this place. You waste your money, your time, and come out with great disappointment. I absolutely do not recommend this place.
