The men's restroom sink had only scalding hot water on January 1, 2026. Hot water from both the cold and the hot side of the valve. Almost impossible to wash hands properly without being scalded. Someone call the heath department please.

Very understaffed. It took 30 minutes to get food and another 10 to get a coffee. The staff were understandably irritable but the lack of an apology, refund, or free food was poor.

Why does this location always look closed at night, with all outsid lighting off (no lamp in the parking lot, no lit signage, nothing on the building or at the entrance) and the shades are all drawn which dims the interior from outside, even though they're opened until midnight? You'd never know from the road that they were opened at all, It's almost as if they're trying to discourage any business after a certain hour and the food and service and general attitude seem to comport with this impression.
