The Local is a place where they make you feel at home the first time you go. Bill always procures an incredible beer selection on tap. The smash burgers are among the best I’ve had, with purposefully sourced beef from a great local farm. The layout in the new building is fantastic, with a very cool L-shaped bar and a separate dining room in the back. First time there and we loved it. Not very local to it, but if in the area again we'd definitely stop in. BLT and ribs were great. Buffalo cauliflower was great and the drinks were as well (jalapeno margarita and pineapple spicy mule). Very friendly people as well.
First, the town is so cute, and this place has seating outside facing the street. We chose to sit inside by the window, and it was nice. The food took about 35 minutes from the time we ordered, but it came out hot, and my smash burger was amazing! We weren't in a hurry, so it was worth the wait!
