Just waited over 35 mins for a Togo order that they couldn’t find ‘was in drive. Thru’ and was handed a coffee that taste like straight water mixed with milk. No sugar or Caramel as requested. AND to top it off the larger girl with black hair and glasses was screaming about how she will never get out of here tonight….. hunny you don’t close for another hour and 20 mins. Relax. Do better.

They never get my order correct They should repeat the order back to avoid mistakes. And train them not to be rude to customers.. It's the worst dunkins in the state of new Hampshire and believe me I've been to most of them.

Do you like waiting forever for your coffee, well, you have come to the right place. There literally isn't another Dunkins for miles and miles, but you MIGHT be able to get to one of them faster in the same amount of time you want in line to get food/coffee. Nice enough people there, they just need to improve their efficiency.

I got the worst grill cheese ever made here. I ordered a md. reg coffee and had to ask for more cream and sugar. Each I have been to this location something was wrong.
Asked for a ketchup packet and the only words to come out of the mouth were “I uh can’t…”. Let me finish the sentence “do my job”. Lazy part time high school kids don’t care. And this is why I don’t go to Dunks anymore

if this dunkin has 1,000 haters i’m one of them. if it has zero haters i’m dead for real. once, i paid for my food and then they told me they didn’t have it and that they couldn’t refund me. today, the heavens frowned on this place and the employees decided to turn off the ovens. we waited in the drive through for 20 minutes for our sandwiches and they were colder than a 45-year-old divorced man’s ice fishing shed. is this building built on cursed ground? maybe. is this place a smear on the good name of new england dunkins? yes.
