One person working on a Friday at noon. Took forever and then they were out of bread except white and wheat and didn't have chicken salad, tuna salad or rotisserie chicken. Very disappointing

Lied and said they were out of something because she didn’t feel like cutting any more of it. Then I ordered it on DoorDash for pickup and they suddenly were not out of it anymore…..🤦🏽‍♀️ pure laziness and it wasn’t even close to closing time….. midday

I Don't know

Incredibly understaffed.

Was told my order to pick up was gonna be done by 7:30. By 8:10 it’s still not ready. I was told my order was next up to be made, and instead another in person order was taken before me, someone who came much later than I arrived.

Very disappointing, whoever manages the place needs to change something.

Staffing is severely lacking. They leave one teenager to run the entire store on the weekends. I waited in store for 40 minutes for a online order that said it was ready on the app. This was obviously no fault to the worker they were doing their best to get through the stress of non-stop customers! Please get a manager who is actually there to help the store run smoothly.

I don't get why lots of people are bashing this location. Compared to the one in goffstown near planet fitness, this subway is fantastic. They have great service and the subs are always made well and full of everything I ask for. They never skimp and always make a great sandwich in my experience. I'll drive to weare when I live in goffstown just to get a better sub. I repeat, goffstowns location is absolutely trash compared to these guys! Friendly staff and a clean environment as well.

Easily the worst Subway I've ever been to. Ordered a few subs for a group of people. There was hardly anything on them and they all tasted the same. Even though they were all different subs. The only thing you could taste was onion and bread. Really sad and pathetic. These subs had an average price of almost twelve bucks each. You'd be better off getting a premade sub at any gas station or convenience store. This location needs an intervention asap.

I paid for double meat and double cheese on a sub, and got less meat and cheese than a standard sub at any other location. Plus, the sandwich was dry, as there was hardly any sauce. My daughter’s sandwich was 98% bread. It takes work to be cheap at a chain restaurant, and yet they pulled it off. The service has always been subpar, this confirms that I will never be returning.

The service since the new employees has been slower than a snail in molasses, which I never thought humanly possible, like obviously intentionally slow. 3 people ahead ordered a total of 6 subs which took an hour to make as each item on the bread was slowly and precisely placed as if the person is making an art piece that is not gonna be mashed and swallowed. The veggies were frozen. Polite and nice, but not worth an hour of waiting and thos has been my experience every time since the people who used to work there left.

Walked in at 12:15 on a Saturday 7-8-23, There were about 5 people ahead of us and only one person working. She asked if we had an online order, we said we did not, and she explained to us it would be about 20 minutes. We weren’t in a rush and didn’t mind waiting so we smiled and told her it was no problem. When the time came to order she asked us what we were getting. When we told her we would need 5 sandwiches she said “are you kidding me!” Rolled her eyes at us and slammed all five sandwich wrappers on the counter. My husband and I were kind and considerate we did not deserve to be responded to in that manner. I stated that that response was unprofessional and uncalled for. My husband and I left, without sandwiches, at 12:47. We waited over 30 minutes to be treated like an inconvenience and a problem. That worker is rude, unable to manage her emotional state, and lashes out at guests. After reading other reviews I see we aren’t the only people who have had this sort of interaction with her.We will drive to Goffstown or Manchester from now on, even though it’s nearly 20+ minutes out of our way.

I ordered a curbside pickup today because I had my sleeping 2 year old with me. I parked right outside the door and the women comes out yelling at me saying "I don't have time for this! MULTIPLE times! Nearly threw my order at me through my window again saying that she didn't have time for this. She proceeded to walk back to the door still yelling "I'm the only person here. I don't have time for this! People need to start coming in" all while flailing her psychotic arms around. She not only woke my 2 year old but my 6 year old was so confused about what was happening! It was unbelievable! She didn't even give me my entire order! Absolutely horrible experience!!
