Went to this place, place was clean, menu offer good, service slow, food cold and overly salty. I couldn’t even finish my meal due to it being so salty. Supposed to get free refills on soda drinks. Never did since server was not to be found. I would not recommend this Chili’s in West Lebanon NH. I hope that the other Chili’s have not gone this bad.

My husband and I decided to go to Chili’s in West Lebanon NH after the wait times at Lui Lui’s and Applebee’s was 35 plus minutes. It was a Monday afternoon, 3:30 pm. We walked up to the front entrance . No exterior lights on at all. Opened the front door and there was an alarm going off in the panel on right side . Go inside and stand there for at least 5 minutes. 2 servers looked at us and walked by . No smiles, no “We will be right with you”, nothing. Now mind you , I can see a good 10 people in the back and 1 bartender. Finally a young girl came over the second time and asked if there were 2 people. I said yes. She said just a minute. She went to clean off a table in the bar. She came back and I had asked her if we could have a booth. She walked away toward a different section. She came back, no smile walked around and hit 2 menus. She walked over to the booth and then waved us to come over. She put the menus down and walked away. We sat there for another 2-3 minutes with no service. My husband is ready to leave by now. Just came from the hospital and he was hungry and tired. Young girl came back and asked if we knew what we wanted . We told her and she went to get our drinks. Still no smile! Kind of like she ran out of energy. There was only 1 other table in that section and maybe 5 people in the bar. We waited 40 minutes for a club sandwich and tacos. There were no To Go orders and they weren’t busy at all . Again I could see 10-12 employees floating around and in the kitchen. No manager in sight. We finally got our food. There were dirty tables, floor was dirty, ketchup bottles on top of wood dividers in between booths. Young girl was wiping tables off with the same paper towels instead of a cloth towel. I overheard a young man at hostess stand, with his mask under his nose, turn 4 different couples away saying it would be a 15 minute wait as a server hadn’t clocked in yet and was running late. They all left. We asked him if there was a manger on duty. He said he thought so. We asked what was the name. He said wasn’t sure maybe Kim. Server came back asked her the same question. She said manager was on the line. And her name was Kim. My question is why are there 10-12 employees in the kitchen and not working or on the main floor? Who is managing and checking front of the house to make sure everything is ok? Why are customers being turned away when there is staff in back? Why did we wait 40 minutes for food when it’s not busy? We were there for probably an hour and 15 minutes or more. No wonder Lui Lui’s and Applebee’s was busy! Chili’s was sending them all their business ! Might as well shut down and lock the doors ! Poorest service and managing I’ve ever seen!

My family and I went to Chilis on Mothers Day, I did call ahead seating as I have a family of 6 with a highchair. I ALWAYS request a booth as it is easier with my family. When we arrived on Mothers Day they gave my booth away to another party with the same name. we settled for a table which honestly was not comfortable as we were in the middle of all these booths. not very pleased but chaulked it up to a honest mistake

Not a big fan of chain restaurants but during the pandemic there are limited options and we had gift card so why not. Called in a take out order of a chicken salad and a burger. I should have known better but didn't check the order to make sure it was correct. Got it home and found the chicken salad was without chicken. Suggestion #1 - check that your order is correct before leaving. On the plus side, the manager was very apologetic on the phone and gave us the option of crediting our charge card but we opted to return for another complete salad. Unfortunately my guess is that the fries are precooked because they were a lumpy mess when we got home and I just threw them out. Suggestion #2 - pick a different side. The burger was average. Overall just a "nothing special" experience.

Took forever to get our food, waiter was nowhere to be found, served raw chicken to my child, was told my alcoholic beverage was watered down and in fact was.

My husband and I have made Chili's in West Leb our new go-to place over the past year whenever we are in town, which is usually every 3 to 4 weeks. It is clean and bright. Lots of great choices to pick from as with any Chili's, but the service does make it a pleasure to keep coming back to this location. Tonight, our server was Ally, but in the past has been Olivia. Both ladies are attentive without being overbearing. We look forward to our return trips.

We had the $25 deal for 2 entres, appetizer, and dessert. It was easily enough food for 3 people! Ane VERY Good! There did not seem to be enough service people for a packed house however so we did not get particularly great service, but this was the1st time in this location, so not sure if it the usual case.
