At checkout asked for military discount they said they don’t offer it which I know they do. I’ve been to multiple locations. After two co workers told Kristen they do she still didn’t give it. After asked if we wanted to round up to donate and I said no thank you. After looking at my receipt she had added it. Waited 20 mins for #17 and when we got it didn’t have any of the veggies on the sandwich. Ended up asking for a refund and went somewhere else

We cannot thank Jersey Mike’s West Leb for taking care of our staff at the Public House tonight! Door Dash had a glitch in their system which they refused to fix, canceled our order, and after multiple conversations with the staff at JM, they still came through with flying colors. They made 19 subs for our hungry, exhausted staff tonight, and it was ready right at 8 with no problems- and we appreciate it more than I can tell you! 100% recommend these guys to everyone- you guys are the absolute BEST! I wish we could post a picture- we have many!

Ordered to take with me to eat elsewhere. Rushed by the guy taking my order. I asked for a little mustard on my chicken cheese steak. It was absolutely drowned in mustard. That's all I could taste. Absolutely ruined. I asked for no mushrooms. They gave me no onions, too. The "chicken" was some strange slab of mystery meat. I asked for lettuce and tomato. Where were they? Lost in the mustard? Few options for bread. The white roll I got was too soft and "fluffy" with no real crust. Few options for condiments or toppings. I prefer to see what they have and choose while it's made. I won't be going back.

Unimpressed. You can't get the bread toasted. Cheesesteaks don't taste like the classic recipe. Long line. Slow service. People making food right next to the cash register .

You will not be successful in Lebanon with your prices. No meatball subs.no eggplant no sausage. No chicken cutlate. Your not gonna make it here. You'll see.

Good grinders, friendly staff. I would only complain there are no black olives and sometimes the tomatoes aren't that fresh. Otherwise, I love this place.

Only reason for giving 2 stars is I feel they should be wearing hair nets both men and women... the food is fantastic. Do not want to find hair in my food.

Great subs. The service is great except that it is so loud that they can't hear your order. I get a Philly cheese steak - prefer it with provolone over American, but that's just because of where I first had one.

We've come in multiple times in the last month or so. They seem to be struggling with EVERYTHING. On Friday we walked out. It looked like a bunch of 12yo had been left over night in the store. Today we decided to try again. My order was a mini turkey on white. The woman took chunk of white bread (see picture) it was not the mini roll. It was smaller. Kids size maybe. The other sandwich was #64. I asked to make some changes. No green peppers, add mayo, and change the swiss to provolone. I have asked in the past to change things up on it
(I can't eat green peppers but it's ok for them to have touched my food. In the past they had just separated the green from the red.) It hasn't been a problem. Today the woman rolled her eyes and said it comes that way you can't do that. I said in the past they had done it for me. She went to the grill and told them. The sandwich came out after 15 minutes! It was wrong when I opened it up. No peppers at all and no mayo. While we waited the woman who took our order made 1 sandwiche for nobody. She said it was for someone, but nobody claimed it. After that she stormed off and said she didn't have training and she was leaving. Eventually she came back. Very disappointed on how things are being run at this location. I would have gone back in but no way I was waiting again.

3rd time in a row this place screws up a simple order. Mike’s Philly with no cheese add pickles. Leads to nothing on it but extra cheese. Do any of the employees know how to read? Avoid this location.

Excellent service and a delicious sub. Enjoy eating here. Always busy though so be prepared to spend some time here
