Went in today to get some subs, the young girl and young gentleman working, Alexis and Irving were super attentive and sweet, and did amazing on my sub I got a cold cut combo with pepper jack cheese! Store was clean and the atmosphere was nice, 10/10 service will be back again!

I've never had to write a review before, however my experience tonight night was so jarring I couldn't keep it to myself. I had visited right around closing with my young nephew and had to walk out without ordering anything based on an employee reaction that bordered on belligerent. I have never been to this restaurant before, and I won't be back anytime soon. One of the employees began snapping at the customers in front of us, when they did not cooperate with her demands she began screaming at the top of her lungs. My nephew has severe autism and is easily triggered by yelling/loud noises. He became so distraught that I had to remove him from the environment and walk out without our dinner. The employee was a younger woman with faded colored hair, I believe she was named Alexis? This was the most disturbing experience I've ever had with a fast-food joint, extremely inappropriate behavior on Alexis’s part and I would suggest customers stay clear of her. The store itself was clean and inviting, however the unfriendly and inappropriate behavior ruined the entire experience. In all 0/10, so disappointing and considering contacting a higher up in corporate to report this employee.

Went in today to get a couple subs for dinner, it was raining so instead of grilling we ordered out. The service was phenomenal, the young girl working the line was doing amazing, she talked to us and listened to our requests, made our subs in a very timely manner, and even joked with us! The service here is top tier and we will definitely make it our go to spot from now on! Thanks for the great service Alexis! The store was also incredibly clean.

I went tonight to get three subs, and they were awful. I never saw this girl before until tonight and she didn’t listen to anything I asked for. My sandwiches didn’t have any meat or cheese especially when I asked and for extra everything. I’m not pleased and will be contacting management. Also tonight was the first night that I had a bad experience with them.

I use to love the fact that your sub is being made now they have this tall hood so if your short you see nothing and like it. Don't know how many times the wrong cheese was put on my sub can't correct it if I can't see it. They can't always because of the equipment. I definitely don't go to subway as often as I use to I have contacted corporate about this and I feel that if they can't acknowledge me then why would I spend as much money they're

The guy made a sub for the person in front of me and cashed him out, came over to me, and says "what do you want for veggies on this" and I say "Sir, you need to change those gloves" and he gets irritated with me! Never again will I even deal with this place.
Extremely flavorless sandwich. Veggies are not fresh and watery. Most bland sandwich I have had from Subway in a long time. Will not be returning to this location.

Ordered on app. Got there and food was ready. I was the only person in the place. Grabbed and left. Got home. The subs were gross.The 6” steak n cheese was sad. Meat did not fill the sub.The turkey sandwich was also not a full sub. The little mayo lead to extra mayo overwhelming the veggies. It was terrible.I was looking forward to a meal after skiing. It was wasted money and hungry family. Awful. Will not be back.

I've been in cemeteries that feel happier than this place. Every night I drive by, I'm like damn how can they be that dark with no open sighn on and still be open. Not gonna lie if I was an employee I would totally do the same to avoid working.
