Wonderful place and people. I especially love the eggplant parm. grinder. I do not live nearby, but discovered A-1 Pizza quite a few years ago as it is on the route that I took nearly every week for 6 years en route to visit my elderly Dad. I planned my trips around being able to stop there for and pick up my grinder! It was a bright spot during a difficult time, and the owners came to recognize my voice when I called the order in ahead! I haven't been there for over a year, but am planning to meet an old friend - who lives in the opposite direction - at A-1 Pizza sometime this month!

Very good ? The burger was thick, tasty, beautifully cooked, and dressed well with fresh toppings. It came with a large side of fries, also tasty. My daughter ordered Buffalo wings, she said they were perfectly flavored "not too much, not too little." I'm not sure exactly what that means, but if you're a buffalo wing eater you might translate better. ?

The food here is very good and the people are very nice, but they have a problem with taking phone orders. It is not abnormal for someone to pickup the phone and say "please hold" then never come back to you. I could understand this happening once but it has happened 3 out of the 5 times I have tried to order. So again, good food, great people. extremely forgetful.

Taste was extremely mediocre, basically flavorless. Note to self, chicken parmesan with meat sauce does not go! It's times like these that make me say..boy do I miss New York dining!!
