28 March 2025 I want to start by saying, I am a diabetic with Celiac disease and am 100% gluten free. I have to question food service people extensively before eating there. In talking with Sean, I felt confident enough to try their food. I got the sampler platter that had, pork, beef and chicken, a side of Mama slaw and a side of the beans. It was outstanding! I had no Celiac symptoms. We difinitely are going back.

I decided to leave a less aggressive review. We hired this place to cater my wedding. For $3500, they didn’t bring enough food and no one that I’ve spoken with was impressed at all. They didn’t dress like they were catering a wedding and were very rude to my husband. Maybe the food truck is okay but as far as catering we wasted our money.
