The worst dunkin I have ever been to in any state,7 tweens joking around and giggling like schoolgirls instead of working i waited 15 minutes for a sausage egg and cheese sandwich and i got a 4 day old burnt piece of sausage a cold piece of cheese and 2 tops to a bagel that were hard as a rock, do not!! order from the sad excuse for a dunkin
Sat in the drive thru for 40 minutes. Mobile order only if the didn't already take my money I'd have left. Highly do not recommend this dunkins.

Unbelievable, zero stars, waiting in the drive through for 15 min just to get to the order taking speaker. Then another 10 minutes to get order....wow. and it's always like this at this location.

I ordered a coffee and a bagel. Sat in the drive through for 20 minutes from the time I placed my order to the time I got it with only 3 cars ahead of me. Total wait time was almost 35 minutes. Meanwhile there’s multiple employees wandering around aimlessly outside. Guy at the window was clearly intoxicated. Watched a handful of other customers get irritated and leave the drive through line because of the wait. This location needs serious help. Would have been quicker to drive to Keene.

Zero stars. They filled 5 drive thru orders after I paid for my coffee and still hadn’t started my order. I didn’t know it was possible to manage a coffee shop so poorly. 20 minutes to take my order with only 3 people ahead of me. 10 minutes and they hadn’t started to make my single coffee. Just appalling.

The girl behind the counter didn't know how to end sentences correctly so I wasn't even sure my order was done. She just stared at me. Coffee was prepared quickly by the one boy who was actually paying attention and working. Had to wait for three more child employees blocking the counter to stop arguing about who could take the longest break before I could grab said coffee.

Ordered before I left my house (10 minutes away) got there waited 15 minutes only got my coffee never got my breakfast sandwich. This has been the same story 3 of the last 4 times I've been there. I won't be going back tired of wasting my money to not get half my order. Not fast, hardly food.
