The help is friendly enough but there just isn't enough employees. My drink was wrong and my food was overcooked but cold. If they hire more help I think it would be a great dunkins.

The line always moves slowly, the counters are always a mess covered in milk, too many people with no clear order, clearly the manager doesn’t have a grasp on what a Dunkin’ Donuts should look like. Everybody avoids taking the front counter orders, the manger is always off the floor only coming to the front to help workers for a moment then retreats to the back leaving the floor still in shambles. The workers are never professionally dressed for work wearing street clothes including the manager.

Shouldn't take 20 mins for ice coffee in the drive thru. When I'm at the window watching a kid sweep. Instead of getting drinks out the window when you have a line of cars waiting.

Was at this dunkins today in New Hampshire the staff was very helpful. Got a couple of ice coffees. This is a beautiful area the lakes are all around plenty of parking your in and out quickly. No wait.

Just left there. One vehicle in front of me. No one else in the drive thru I ordered sausage egg and cheese on an everything bagel and 1 order of home fries. I received sausage egg and cheese wake up wrap and a cream cheese plain bagel. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Should have gotten Starbucks instead. I have never had such a disgusting coffee until I came to this Dunkin location. I’ve always hated when people say this, but never again.

Reliable service with good employees, just be patient 👍 They are doing their best! Use the app to do a pick up order to beat the line (but if your order includes a bakery item, be ready to have to ask for it- a lot of times that item doesn’t come until you actually ask)

I was at dunkin in winchester to day service sucks I stood at the counter 20 minutes before someone waited me it's like that all the time they to get their act together the manager did not care I was told drive up is frist.they should get new help.

By far, the worst experience at this chain location. Unfortunately, convenience has dictated that we repeat the mistake several times over, and each occasion is just as bad. Horrible customer service, unprofessional associates, the longest wait times imaginable. Not a single redeeming quality for this location. It surprises me every day they remain open. The only recommendation I have is to avoid this location.
