Horrible all around. Sadly. 1st time ordering here. Didn’t say there was a delivery fee, ( would have just been nice to know ahead of time ) food was ordered 1 hr and 15 mins ahead of time for certain time for delivery, all food arrived cold, fries were open bags not closed even and there was like 12 fries each and was charged two dollars per burger ordered for french fries so six dollars for french fries when they were supposed to come with the burger- burger buns were soggy , I was charged 2x for the same tip amount plus the delivery fee I was unaware of. Called to discuss to try and resolve before writing a review but the Woman who answered was just very condescending and rude. So here we are. 🤦♀️ never again.

I ordered lunch for my students. The pizza was cold, tough and they forgot the soda. I called about the soda, I did not know the pizza was cold or tough because I was on my way back to my classroom, and they said they would refund the soda. They did not. I should have ordered from Dominos.

Not a fan. Chili is weird. Thanksgiving sub had hardly Any cranberry on it and no gravy? I mean whats a Thanksgiving sub with no gravy?
Table was dirty and so were multiple others while manager sat right across from them ?
I dont see anyone older than 23 here working. Mystery solved
Bottom line food costs us up. About 42% they passed out onto us. I think that's fair. But if you're gonna do that, you should really take a step back and wonder how you can actually make that customer happy about that increase in the price. Customer service without a doubt, takes the pinch out of paying that extra money. Clean tables would help.

The Power Play sandwich is such a unique twist on a traditional North Shore roast beef. The pastrami pairs perfectly with the onion roll & the James River barbeque sauce
Vegetarian options: The super veggie wrap is AMAZING. Hummus, egg, avocado, all the veggies in a spinach wrap. Caprese salad with fresh basil & a balsamic glaze with thick slices of mozzarella is also incredible!
Dietary restrictions: Keto, vegetarian, gluten free, nut free... they are very accommodating to dietary substitutions
Delivery was set for 430 it showed up at 515 which would have been fine with me if the food wasn't ice cold. I ordered a Windham wellington cheese wasn't even melted. I used to come here a lot and stopped when the pizza changed because it's not good anymore. Figured I would give it another shot after a few months and shocked it for worse. Side order of fries ice cold. Kids grill cheese ice cold. Not again.
