My friends and I attended a concert and had pork medaleon for lunch. When I ordered the pork I was afraid that it might be dry the way pork usual is in my experience. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the pork was the best I have ever eaten. All of my friends stated the same. "Tasty", "Tender", Can I take the leftovers home? (no, they could not). I know that we will be returning there again. I will always remember my meal at Castleton Banquet & Conference...
I’ve been there about a dozen times and the food is 5star food delicious. Great drinks too. I highly recommend this place. Plus the view is awesome along with a gas fire pit with rocking chairs around it. And then there is a musician there. It’s a fantastic experience.
We got married at Castleton 13 years ago and went for dinner to celebrate, they treated us like royalty and the food and atmosphere was wonderful! Couldn't have asked for more!
