I stopped to have coffee. Younger server had the coffee ready *instantly*. Tall table, helpful for me because I have trouble getting up from regular chairs. I read for a while, then left. Pleasant atmosphere.

Of all the Dunkin Donuts Ive been too, this one by far has the longest wait times. They block the door with a table and only allow customers to use the drive thru on weekends. Totally unprofessional and unorganized
Terrible experience, my food was not ready even after 30 minutes. I hate this place. I came twice for my order. I don’t like this place.

Terrible experience with the staff here. You can hear them sorta bickering about their job assignments. Our food was misplaced on the drive thru and not one single person apologized for the delay.

This place was the only go to Dunkin I had been to for online ordering that hasn’t let me down in the last 5 years. I always order the to go order at the same place on my commute. 15 min in advance. Last 3 times it was not ready in time.

Absolutely awful experience! Totally unacceptable that this location won't accommodate my oat allergy. This is the only location that makes me feel like my patronage is an inconvenience to the employees. Our food has been tossed at us out of the drive-thru window like the contents in the bags didn't matter. It's a shame because this seems to be the collective sentiment about this location. Customers are the life-blood of any business. I'm not sure why this specific location acts like they don't need theirs. Do better. You're a Dunkin... please act like it.

How does a coffee place always run out of cold brew. That is like McDonald’s running out of hamburgers lol! Don’t offer a expresso shot in regular ice coffee it is no where near the same. For one your adding hot to cold now.And second cold brew is the strongest coffee to drink. When you hot brew coffee you burn off more caffeine. When you cold brew coffee the caffeine stays and has 30% more caffeine than brewing and less ascitic!

If I say thank you, it’s simple. Say you’re welcome. I don’t have to thank someone being paid to give me food it’s just polite. They’ll stare at you like you have 3 heads and not say a word

Order from a person, not the stupid computer. The computer will charge an extra $2 for a meal deal

Got a medium ice coffee, $3.68 in Windham today. Handed the lady at the drive thru $3.70. She dropped a dime (her fake nails we over an inch long). Looked at me demanding I give her another dime, which I did. Drove down the road took a sip and the coffee ( lid was on, just too large) and coffee went all over my clothes. This was the last straw. Can't even count the number of times they forgot to put sweetner in...is it so hard to pour coffee in a cup with cream and sweetner and get it right. I would like to support local businesses but the service is very poor. Maybe if more people boycotted them management would work harder at accurate filling of orders and better customer service.
Constantly gets orders wrong and they do not do things as simple as add sugar or sweetener because they know you won’t notice until you leave, or are just being lazy.
