This place has went down hill since I moved to town. Too bad because it's a pretty cherry location. Facility isn't being taken care of. The menu outside has been broken for weeks and it doesn't seem like they care

Nasty dunks, besides all the flys constantly and them being out of everything (lids, honey, tea bagss) they make my coffee how ever they want…coffee was suppose to have extra cream and they put none..extra ice and there was 3 cubes..and cold foam was gone ..almost 6$ too

You're not going for five star cousine and the atmosphere. You're going for the ok coffee, something quick to eat and through the drive thru to get to work. Location staff always friendly, though lately seems like they are stuck working with fewer folks (not sure if people are calling out or what). Food orders have been incorrect a few times, although hey stuff happens especially when busy and early in the morning. My one big gripe? Who decided napkins are a luxury item to beg for? If someone order a drink or food, you give at least one napkin, per person. Dunno about the rest of you, but a croissant gets everywhere....

This dunkin is so hit or miss. I uber to work so I order my coffee and a food item 15-20 minutes before I head to the store to pick it up most days. More times than not my order is never ready and nobody acknowledges it until I say something (which I hate doing, because I work in sales and I get it). Most of the time they’re nice when I ask about the order, but sometimes I even get attitude when I’m not even rude about it. Just in a rush so I always order in advance. There’s been multiple times where I’ve had to abandon my order because my uber stop exceeds over 5 minutes, and it’s not easy to get a refund through phone number. On the positive side, my order is usually correct and most of the staff are nice.
Revised my star rating because it keeps happening and is a major inconvenience, especially when I can’t get a refund for 2 weeks.

They had a good crew for years, in and out.....now I'm waiting almost 20 minutes cant drop here before work anymore

They have been having horrible service lately. It took more than 20 minutes to get through a 10 car line in the drive through. 2 of those cars drove away. Unfortunately , I had placed a mobile order and couldn't join those that drove away.
Recently, they have run out of iced coffee at 7:00 AM and hot coffee is served cold.
Not sure what is happening and why they can't seem to keep good employees. There are a few long time employees in kitchen but as soon as they get someone good at the window they don't last long.
I keep hoping they will get it together but this is the last time after being a customer here since they opened at this location.

The young man at the drive through window was a delight.
Having returned from a sabatacle in East Asia one can image how deprived of common culture and caffeine I was. My first conversation in over 18 months took place betwixt car and building window with an unknown youthful gentleman I will refer to from here as Sven.
Sven had cascading locks of dark hair crashing like a tsunamic wave across his furrowed brow. He cautiously looked up and asked “would you like a napkin with that”. Such a sense of humor, I had ordered a succulent creame filled donut, of course I wanted, nay, needed a napkin.

Spend 30 minutes waiting for 2 sandwiches. Spent 10 minutes inside waiting for someone to take out order but they never did, we had to order with the electronic order board. Absolutely a waste of time to try and get service here.

The workers wouldn't even open the door to the location or answer the drive through windows. Both entry doors were locked and there was a lady inside laughing at us when we tried to open it and 2 other customers as well.
waited for 25 minutes for one drink that i mobile ordered ten minutes prior to coming in and waiting… when i asked for a refund the blonde old lady told me i had to do it through the app and that she “didn’t know how to give me a refund”

Shit food with ok coffee ...made wrong 3 times a week ...but I'm used to it
Waited 20 minutes for a medium-sized order while there was only one car in front of me. They also didn't have the seasonal syrup that I specifically wanted so that made me very upset. Overall I wasted my time for a drink I didn't want.
