I used to love this Dunkins. Employees were great. I do like a couple of the employees now but struggle with getting my coffee right. I ask specifically for them not to use the sugar dispenser but use the sugar packets because my coffee just isn't right with the dispenser and I don't carry sugar packets. I ask them to stir the coffee and they always say "no problem" but it's never stirred. Nothing more frustrating than paying $10 every morning and having a lousy coffee. How difficult is this? Honestly, I don't understand. The old staff left this location and I have to wonder why. Carissa is always super nice and a very hard working individual but I really think Dunks needs to retrain their employees on a regular basis or simply go to drive thrus or locations for quality control. It's difficult to turn around a go back after you have already left. It sucks!!
Never seem to get my order right. Corn muffin toasted with butter inside not melted on top. Not hard. Not getting utensils with hot food that requires one (loaded hash browns) . Extra ice in my coffee but always seem to get less ice. Don't get me wrong, I've worked at a dunks years ago, it gets crazy busy and there are a lot of rude customers but come one these are things that are not hard. Many of the employees are great and friendly but there are a few that you say thank you and they just walk away. I always tip but if I'm not getting what I'm asking for how I like it I'm going to stop tipping. Not in an entitled way but I am paying for this order and it is made to order so if that's not happening I'm going to take my tipping elsewhere.

I don't know what is wrong with this place but I order like 8-10 cold brew coffee's and its always taste like regular coffee that was hot brewed. You pay for cold brew and they give you regular coffee there. Any other place I go I can tell its cold brew. Not this Dunkens. This place don't not have cold brew.

Only 1 in line super rude person (girl / brood) just wanted a coffee for the ride home 45 minutes north 6pm at night. Can't handle the job don't take it out on the customer. Coffee had to be tossed taste burnt.

The Pepole that work at this dunks are great people and the ratings I give don't reflect on them it is on the owners for not staffing the place properly the the ladies that work there are sometimes by themselves in the middle of the busiest times leaving the overworked and open to ignorant customers that don't realize that they are by themselves and doing everything they possibly can hopefully the owners realize this and give them the help they need when they need it most.
