Horrendous service at the location in Windham more than once. If it happened once, I’d ignore it but it’s been twice. If anywhere else offered Keno, we’d go there. We are done entirely. No Keno, definitely no Friendly Reds. Derry has been fine so it’s obviously this location. We won’t bother anymore. Tavern in the Square is the only place we will go.

I had a wonderful experience with Friendly Reds. We had them cater our daughter’s birthday and deliver the food. Food was delicious as always- food was delivered hot and they allowed us to use their hot boxes to keep extra food hot as well. We had one little mess up with the sternos when they set up the food (they forgot the water trays) so this caused our first tray to be burnt. When we realized it and called them they offered to come right down and fix this and even refunded all of those trays. The customer service was wonderful and they were very responsive. Delivery was on time with friendly staff. Ordering catering was very simple and easy. Payment was easy (and prices were very reasonable!). This was our second event we used friendly reds for and we plan to continue to use them for catering!

Awful everything. Would never recommend this place.
Ordered a mixed drink, was so bad I had to return it. Next one was also terrible so just gave up. Ordered a steak, medium. When it came out it was closer to leather and super dry. Also came out with a completely different vegetable. Waited an eternity for them to remake the steak so it would be edible, my partner had already finished his meal by the time I could even eat. It was decent enough after being remade, but definitely NOT worth the $25. The portion was also very small.
The price on the tab ended up being different than the prices listed in the menu. The clientele was also obnoxious. Was filled with bikers and older people, was not thrilled when the guy to my left coughed on my food (we sat at the bar) or when a burly biker offered to 'steal' my partner's seat while he was in the bathroom. The bartenders seemed nice, but they were very bad at making drinks. Was also taken aback that they still charges me for the drink after they literally screwed up everything that could possibly be messed up.

Not sure what’s happening at the Hudson reds. The staff when they first opened was fantastic especially Jess and jasmine. Both I was told were terminated. The new bartenders aren’t as friendly entative. Jess and Jasmine were fantastic. I’ve been going in a lot less because of this.

I got the bacon cheddar burger and it was dry. The fries were stale, but the drinks were good. My husband said his burger was really juicy. Theres nothing on the walls to represent Reds, and the ketchup bottle was empty. I think well come back for drinks but not the food which is disappointing. Our waitress was great, attentive, and friendly! The food was a disappointment.
Food was good place was packed the hostess was not good at communicating how long. They looked at us with frustration in their eyes. We waited patiently to be seated. We waited even longer for the waitress to take our order. She didn't realize she was our waitress. Food came in a timely manner and was good. Everything else was positive. Just took a long time to get started.

Service is very dependent on the waiter/waitress the biggest issue is the incompetent host who tells us (repeatedly) how busy they are and tonight said “we should go somewhere else, maybe the Derry location”… Not very welcoming

My husband got steak tips tonight and the portion was awful 4 mini bite size tips for $27 ? Service was Ok ask for our salads before our dinner and it all came out at once. I will say my cosmopolitan was amazing:) Then waitresses gave us the check without even asking if we wanted anything else? We were think dessert but after that we decided just pay and be on our way…

Went for breakfast Sunday at Windham location. Waited an hour+ for food after ordering, our drinks took awhile to be served. When I questioned the remaining wait time on our food the response was less than pleasant. When the food was finally served (sporadically) it was cold and there was no silverwear until requested. We complained, the manager came out and just shrugged his shoulders and apologized. He asked if we would like our food warmed up but we had already been there way too long, so we just ate. I thought he would have offered a discount but that never happened. Just poor service all around. It wasn't very busy, so not sure what the problem was. I'm a Windham resident and frequently order take out without any issues. This was or first in-house breakfast experience. 1 star all around.
