I had a wonderful experience with Friendly Reds. We had them cater our daughter’s birthday and deliver the food. Food was delicious as always- food was delivered hot and they allowed us to use their hot boxes to keep extra food hot as well. We had one little mess up with the sternos when they set up the food (they forgot the water trays) so this caused our first tray to be burnt. When we realized it and called them they offered to come right down and fix this and even refunded...
Food was good place was packed the hostess was not good at communicating how long. They looked at us with frustration in their eyes. We waited patiently to be seated. We waited even longer for the waitress to take our order. She didn't realize she was our waitress. Food came in a timely manner and was good. Everything else was positive. Just took a long time to get started.
Service is very dependent on the waiter/waitress the biggest issue is the incompetent host who tells us (repeatedly) how busy they are and tonight said “we should go somewhere else, maybe the Derry location”… Not very welcoming
