Their mobile ordering system is awesome - they use toast takeout/tab and have almost every conceivable option you'd want to add to any of their drinks and sandwiches. I love that they're open early-early am.
I swing by weekly at 5:20ish and my mobile order is always hot and fresh waiting on their mobile pickup rack when I get there, even when I order 10mins ahead of time. I highly recommend for Boston commuters.

Great food and coffee. The donuts are fresh and the egg sandwiches are delish. And the service is quick.It's small and there are tables to eat. It's always busy. Some people may not like a busy noisy breakfast.

Even with the Santa parade going on they still had plenty of donuts and we're handling a crowded lobby and line perfectly. Taking multiple orders at a time and getting folks in and out. I bet they didnt lose a customer all day. Good job folks God bless and Happy Holidays

I’ve never had a bad experience at Heavenly up until last year, I used to live in Windham but moved an hour and a half away and we do not have heavenly…every time I go visit my parents my bf and I stop by because their coffee is my favorite. Every time I have gone, they can’t seem to get my coffee right. I’m not one to complain but it’s frustrating when the sticker literally says what I ordered. Everyone there is wicked sweet.

Food and coffee is great but as with most places they cater to the drive thru, to the lazy people that dont want to get off their butts and walk inside. After waiting for 25 minutes and getting an attitude from a tall young man with dark hair and black cap we got a refund on our breakfast sandwich and left with just coffee and donuts.

First time going. Terrible experience. Person running the drive through was rude and not helpful when we asked questions since it was our first experience here. The lady at the window collecting payment was friendly, too bad she isn’t running the drive through. Won’t be returning.
Stopped in for a bagel. The highlight was the everything bagel really had a nice garlic flavor pop. The downside was there the chive cream cheese was slapped on one side and didnt really have enough for both sides.
