Food and coffee is great but as with most places they cater to the drive thru, to the lazy people that dont want to get off their butts and walk inside. After waiting for 25 minutes and getting an attitude from a tall young man with dark hair and black cap we got a refund on our breakfast sandwich and left with just coffee and donuts.

They are usually very busy. These people work hard to get everyone orders. Expect to wait especially on weekends. Inside isn't very big, so it gets crowded. Food and drinks are good.

First time going. Terrible experience. Person running the drive through was rude and not helpful when we asked questions since it was our first experience here. The lady at the window collecting payment was friendly, too bad she isn’t running the drive through. Won’t be returning.

Stopped in for a bagel. The highlight was the everything bagel really had a nice garlic flavor pop. The downside was there the chive cream cheese was slapped on one side and didnt really have enough for both sides.

Used to live here and lived this place. Back for a visit and came here ...the BEC on a English was so dry and the egg so thin , it wasn't good. The honeydip cruella was still yummy though!

I stopped in for a dozen donuts and a box of coffee for our monthly fish club meeting. The donuts were fresh, and the selection was great! The staff was super friendly, and everyone was smiling on a sunny Saturday afternoon. My only complaint would be the cost of the box of coffee!! It was like $27.00!!! The box is smaller than the dunks box and is way overpriced, in my opinion. It's only coffee and nothing special like Kona.

This heavenly donuts is not up to par with fresh Donuts or muffins; I don’t know if the rest of coffee and tea and other items are still good, but the donuts weren’t fresh mid afternoon, so we gave it a 2nd chance and got a couple free replaced muffins a couple days later and bought 6 total and they just weren’t fresh! These can not be made fresh daily or they aren’t being stored well. The staff helped with the exchange credit but the first donut purchase service associate was very impersonal as well. HD needs to step it up at this location. We usually loved the HD in Haverhill MA /Plaiatow NH line
