The bad reviews here are clowns. Klemms is an amazing bakery. I always stop here when i can. The cake and cupcakes are top tier. The cookies are hit or miss. I don't like the bag ones. I tried the donuts... And i wouldn't say best in nh. They were terrible. I recommend trying different things to see what you like. The prices are not bad. I don't know what people are complaining about.

Ordered a German Chocolate Cake and it was delicious. It was fresh baked, extremely moist, and looked amazing. The absolute best cake we have had in years!

It’s such a shame that the service is so terrible because the food is excellent. I’ve been in here multiple times when no one even comes up to the counter or acknowledges your existence for quite a while. I think almost 20 minutes to get a doughnut is a little excessive. After over 15 minutes this morning I finally just had to leave because I have an appointment to get to.

Honestly, not impressed. I got a cannoli and some turnovers. I should have known since the cannoli was prefilled that it wasn’t going to be good. Lacked flavor and was soggy. The turnover was okay, I could only eat half of it as the jam was incredibly sweet and just tasted artificial and not great. I know a lot of people like this place, and now I know it’s not for me. Staff was great, observant and ready to take orders and were friendly.
Absolutely fantastic donuts and the staff was very friendly. Did not try anything else besides donuts but wouldn't hesitate to return and try something else.

My husband picked up 6 hot cross buns, a Good Friday tradition. When they rang him out $18!!! for 6-absolute robbery. The quality is below average, grocery bakeries are much better. The 6 were packaged in a plastic bag and the frosting was smudged on any package to pick from. No more Klemms!
