We order their sushi deluxe and sashimi deluxe. All authentic Japanese sushi and sashimi. Excellent presentation for both dish. They even have ice underneath the sashimi. Both have large piece of fish, they were very good. The sushi has just the right among of rice, but the rice was just ok.

The food was awesome. I had 3 different specialty rolls. All were delicious and came 8 pieces. The sushi bar sitting area is small and they have a tv on (I was solo, so it was nice to something other than my phone). Really good quality sushi. I usually stop here 4x year when in the area. Consistently fresh sushi. Believe the reviews… they are accurate.

Kumo Sushi in Windham is right up there with some of the best sushi-ya, both in freshness and presentation. Three of us came here to determine if the current restaurant rating was justified; we were not disappointed. I couldn't believe some of the dishes that were brought to our table. Everything was beautiful. We had a great feast for the eyes and taste buds. The most beautiful presentation was that of the Sashimi For 2 which is 25 pieces of delicious sashimi served with a Dragon Roll and a Spicy Salmon Crunchy Roll, which is where we should have stopped, but we kept going... On the downside, there’s not much for atmosphere here, drink options are limited and the seating is a bit tight, although none of this should discourage your patronage. Very much recommended.

The atmosphere is cozy, service is 10/10, & the food is amazing, we tried the snow mountain, seafood tower, winter sushi and the steak & shrimp hibachi delicious. They are so nice this was our first time and definitely won’t be our last. This place is a hidden treasure. A must go.
