Simple order. They are so slow. Got order wrong too. Food stone cold. I guess they made me wait super long so it would be horrible on purpose. Fries were half full and cold. Too frustrated to fix. Only came here for a co-worker. I can see why I never go to McDonald's. Brutal. I'd rather eat a hotdog from Cumbies.

I recently visited a McDonald's location and had an incredibly disappointing experience, primarily due to the terrible service from the staff. From the moment I walked in, the employees seemed disinterested and unwelcoming. The cashier barely acknowledged me and seemed frustrated when I asked a simple question about the menu. There was no warmth or courtesy, which made the whole experience feel uncomfortable.
While waiting for my order, I noticed the employees chatting amongst themselves rather than focusing on the customers. They were rude when I asked for a simple modification to my meal, and it was clear they didn’t want to be there. When my food finally arrived, it was cold, and the fries were soggy, which only added to the frustration. The overall lack of care and attention to detail was shocking, especially considering this is a brand known for its fast service and consistency.
It’s unfortunate because the food quality, while typical of McDonald's, was overshadowed by the poor service. The employees' attitudes seemed to reflect a lack of training or management oversight, which resulted in a less-than-satisfactory experience. I left feeling more irritated than satisfied and highly unlikely to return to this location.

This is the grossest and dirtiest mcdonalds ive ever eaten at. They messed up ny kids mcflurry, frys tasted like 2 days old and the WORST part of it all was our drinks had floatys…like hair balls, or mold!!!!! Ansolutly dosgusting - to top it all off you cant get jn touch with them everrr!!! STAY AWAY FROM

One of the slowest locations I’ve been to. Over 10 minutes to get a single iced coffee. Employees looked distressed and a bit lost in the back.

Restroom was dirty. Poop all over the toilet. This place needs a real toilet ZEROS STARS Extremely slow service.They gave my food to someone in the drive through Because they are distracted with personal conversations and being on their phone waited 30 mins. Then 25 more minutes to re make And they still got my order wrong. Do not recommend this place will never return.And I will spread the word about the crappy service Zero stars all around for this And when I went back in to complain about the poor service. In the wrong food, I was given attitude which is completely unacceptable and the Manager was extremely rude, kept interrupting me.
