This location is absolutely horrible with their customer service. There is one woman of Asian descent who is absolutely rotten anytime I visit this location. She rushes you through ordering, will repeat it back to you but is not even close to what you originally ordered, when you correct her she gets frustrated immediately. I would choose another location to visit but there is not one within a reasonable distance.

I stop by this Dunkin’ almost every day for my noon coffee, and I have to say—this team is simply the best. The service is always quick and efficient, even during the busy hours. But what truly sets them apart is the people. Everyone is so friendly, upbeat, and genuinely cheerful—it’s clear they enjoy what they do, and it makes all the difference. No matter how my day is going, a quick visit here lifts my spirits. I can't think of a better team. Thank you for making my daily coffee run something I look forward to!

Worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. Saturday afternoon, not busy 8 people working. Standing around is more like it. Being loud, swearing. A bunch of 17yr Olds trying to be cool. Corporate will be shocked by this.
