The food and drinks itself are fine, but the staff⊠I am genuinely worried about the staff. There was this manager who used the THROW things at employees and scream at them like customers werenât in the store. I havenât seen her in a few weeks but every-time sheâs there she is always yelling or throwing something at the staff. I once saw this poor girl crying out back after hearing something get thrown in the back. Recently, thereâs this new guy (Iâm assuming because I havenât seen him before) who DOES NOT DO HIS JOB. There was this girl taking orders and he was just standing there, and instead of helping out he yelled at her to start making drinks and stop taking orders⊠what?? I was sitting outside eating and I watched the same person smoke an entire pack before going back inside, are you not understaffed that whole time?? Why are the managers not doing their jobs and punish the staff (throwing things at the employees) itâs honestly awful to watch whenever I go in an itâs making a huge impact on wether I do go in or not.

Another day, another disappointment. I used to work at a Dunkin myself, and Iâm getting tempted to go in there and ask if I can train their food service staff. I left another review recently, under Maya Pelletier, and ONCE AGAIN, they cannot seem to fathom loaded hashbrowns with extra bacon. This is quite literally one of the EASIEST foods to make on the entire menu. Their incompetence is STAGGERING.

I would rate them 0 stars if I could. The worst Dunkin in the entire area. Today, I ordered loaded hashbrowns with extra bacon. First, I was given spicy ones, and I canât have any spicy food, so I went back. Then, I waited 20-30 minutes to be given loaded hashbrowns with extra EVERYTHING, not extra bacon. The young lady on food service was even proud to tell me that she put âextra everythingâ (made my order wrong). I was a Dunkin worker myself as of last year, I never mucked up that bad nor was I ever proud of it. They enjoy ruining your food.

This is the most mismanaged store in the history of Dunkin' Donuts. There's plenty of help in there, they just don't know what they're doing, the ones that do and don't speak English. What I just witnessed with lost orders, people yelling and orders made with missing items and done incorrectly is just another day in that place. Save yourself a lot of grief and find a local coffee shop to do business with.

This location is absolutely horrible with their customer service. There is one woman of Asian descent who is absolutely rotten anytime I visit this location. She rushes you through ordering, will repeat it back to you but is not even close to what you originally ordered, when you correct her she gets frustrated immediately. I would choose another location to visit but there is not one within a reasonable distance.

I stop by this Dunkinâ almost every day for my noon coffee, and I have to sayâthis team is simply the best. The service is always quick and efficient, even during the busy hours. But what truly sets them apart is the people. Everyone is so friendly, upbeat, and genuinely cheerfulâitâs clear they enjoy what they do, and it makes all the difference. No matter how my day is going, a quick visit here lifts my spirits. I can't think of a better team. Thank you for making my daily coffee run something I look forward to!

Worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. Saturday afternoon, not busy 8 people working. Standing around is more like it. Being loud, swearing. A bunch of 17yr Olds trying to be cool. Corporate will be shocked by this.
LONG HAIR IN MY FOOD! 2nd time its happened to me at this location and itâs just absolutely gross & disgusting! I am not from the east coast and I donât understand the appeal to such a nasty establishment. I AM DONE!!!
