Louis Pizza in Wolfeboro, NH, is a gem. The staff is incredibly pleasant, making you feel right at home. The place is clean, showing their commitment to quality. But the highlight? Their steak and cheese sub—one of the best I've ever had. Each bite is a delightful blend of tender steak and melted cheese. Highly recommended!
Got two pizzas, one was gluten free. Both pizza's tasted great, but unfortunately the gluten free one must have been cross contaminated and made my wife sick with cramps and body aches. She has a gluten allergy but hasn't had an issue with other pizza places in town, but they usually are careful not to put on the same surfaces or cut the pizza with same utensils.
Short: this is my families pizza place of choice in Wolfeboro. We have tried them all multiple times.
IF they cook it until golden brown and IF you like thick pizza, then I would say this is usually very good pizza.
There have been times where the pizza wasn't cooked as long as it should've been and times where it was greasier then ideal.
I haven't gotten the impression that it is a super clean kitchen environment....
