We’re new to Wolfeboro in the past year. We have purchased salmon at Mill Street numerous times and I can’t rave more about it. The salmon is from the Farro Islands. We usually get the center cut, thick salmon and this is by far the most delicious salmon I’ve ever tasted. We usually grill it. I’ve bought several other items from the market and all have been exceptional.

First time in the Mill Street Meat Market last week...got the steak tips in the Mill Street marinade on the recommendation of the very friendly staff behind the counter. Yummo! Flavor is subtle, not punch-you-in-the-face, and tender as can be. (I patted dry, seared in a skillet, and then baked to medium.)

Absolutely the BEST marinated steak tips we've ever had. Going there today to get some for dinner tonight and we'll get another 10 lbs to bring back to Connecticut. Fastcook these tips on the grill and you can cut them with a fork. Mouth watering just writing about them.DEFINATELY Recommend stopping at this shop. And if you ask them to they will vacuum pack for you to take home.

My husband and I love visiting the market when we're visiting Wolfeboro from Connecticut. We'll pick up meats (love the different flavors of marinated beef tips!) to cook where we're staying and always make a stop on our return trip to CT to stock our freezer at home. Great selection of beef, chicken, ribs, seafood! Highly recommend!

Their meats are fantastic! I'm headed back there again today 7/5/23. I have a large family BBQ I need to cook for. Driving all the way from Meredith. The Wine ing Butcher is not nearly as good even though it's closer . I highly recommend Mill Street over any other butcher in the lakes region.
