Overpriced mid quality restaurant. $4 for extra chips, no kids menu, small portions.

Limited menu, had the small plate meatballs and they were ice cold in the middle, sauce wasn’t even lukewarm. Spoke with the manager and he was indifferent. There are other better dining options in the area.
Service was amazing and welcoming, James the GM was extremely nice and very attentive. They knew my dietary restrictions without me even saying anything ( impressive) and the chef was very accommodating. First time in this town and restaurant, and will most definitely be back!

Really inviting, cozy restaurant with great food. The service was wonderful and the manager, James, goes above and beyond to make the experience memorable. Loved it.

Pavillion is a great restaurant for Wolfeboro. It doesn't have any real competition in the high end segment. The food was tasty, a good combo and we tried it all - steak, shrimp, pasta and chicken. BUT... a couple of points took the point off. First, it is quite expensive - around 100 each. And then they tack on 3% for non-tipped staff. I am sorry - but given what we are paying, pay your staff yourself so I don't get hit with a surprise charge at the end. And second, learn how not to bang bussed dishes into the bin. The crash of dishes again and again as we ate was disconcerting. Given price, I would expect better. But then again, the food was great and the service good. So we will return.

Our new favorite restaurant in the Lakes Region and easily one of the best in the state. Firstly, the entire staff was welcoming. Our server Andrea was professional, efficient, and friendly. The cheese plate with prosciutto was a great value, especially given the generous varied delicious offerings. The Faroe Islands salmon was very good and priced similar to far lesser establishments. The star was a very fresh Maine trout, which was exceptional and again reasonably priced for fine dining. The flesh was delicate, the skin perfectly crispy, and the meat around the head was a special treat. Don't be timid about eating this part that often is ignored by Americans. Additionally, the cocktails were inventive and good, although they skewed a little sweet for us, but that's a personal issue as we love bitter drinks/beers. Moreover, the atmosphere was inviting with chic rustic decor such as brick and wood accents. Finally, the only minor issue was the Earl Grey Creme Brulee that was served cold but with a caramelized top. We prefer ours at least warm. We will add this to our rotation of NH central restaurants.

An incredible night out. The manager and servers were generous, kind and solicitous of us and our toddler. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome, check on our experience, and minister to our little one. We will be back. The food was of course outstanding, and the warm and exceptional service sealed the deal.

We could not have chosen a better place for our anniversary dinner! From the moment we entered the restaurant to when we exited, the staff made us feel so special.
James greeted us and gave us a few complementary items that started the evening off right. Andrea was so accommodating as our waitress and made great recommendations. We enjoyed the cornbread, artisan cheeses with charcuterie, and the steak frites. The food was filling but didn't sit heavy on us. We had room for ice cream and it also didn't make us feel yucky as some desserts do.
The price we paid was so reasonable I couldn't believe it for the quality of the food.
Please visit Pavillion if you find yourself in Wolfeboro...please visit Wolfeboro JUST to eat at this restaurant. We will surely return.
Thank you!

This has to be the best restaurant in the entire Lakes Region. The food was top tier, service was friendly, and atmosphere can't be beat. Excited to have such a great restaurant like this in the area and will 100% be returning soon.
We got the little gem salad, cornbread, and cheese platter to start - all were amazing!
For mains we had the tagliatelle, cavatelli primavera, steak frites, and the shrimp & grit - delicious!

There are not so very many restaurants serving the very best in the Lakes region. This one went straight to the top of my list. Food was incredible and we got some great input on cocktails thanks to sitting at the bar. Not only were the staff excellent in every respect but the folks at the bar were all so friendly it was like a family meal. I can't say enough good things about it!

Great first visit to Pavilion. Heard great things from a friend and it lived up to its reputation as we celebrated my wife’s birthday. Everything was outstanding, and Julian’s doubling as bartender and waiter tonight even better. We’ll be back!

Service was underwhelming, including but not limited to excessive wait time to get the cocktails we ordered. That said, the food was great.
Synopsis: so you’re coming here for the food and atmosphere with someone you care about or want to do business with, but don’t expect to be wowed by the service you’ll be paying for.

Went for dinner with friends. Ordered the Tagliatelle and got food poisoning the next day. Called the restaurant to tell them and didn’t sound apologetic at all. Their response was, “you’re the only one that got food poisoning. We haven’t had any other complaints.” I guess you need many people to get sick before they do something about it. I will not be dining at this establishment again.

Elegant, simple and fresh ingredients. Simple as in you can identify everything coming out of Chef Chris and Teams kitchen. Elegant in the plating and ambience. Absolutely delicious. The crispy skin chicken over risotto was a win. The wife's pasta was perfect. Now... To the real star. Dessert. Emilee Viaud is one of the most premier pastry chefs I've ever had the pleasure of enjoying their craft. It needs to be spoken about more. The cheesecake was the best I've eaten in my life. They did a creme brulee to go for us, which I know can be a pain in the ass and I hated being that table. But it was done so perfectly and the wife was elated. This place and anything the Viaud's touch is gold. I will return and hope to work with them in the future.
