First the floor isn’t level so my chair kept sliding me away from the table, second the bathroom faucet didn’t work, third I ordered a steak rare and it came well done. Nice bar for locals.

It's not meant to be a 5 star eatery. Staff was pleasant, food was good, and it is by lake Winnipesaukee. It's a solid 4 star, neighborhood place. I would go back.

I read the reviews before trying the restaurant. I grew up around the lakes region and there are places that feel as though they cater towards tourist, including feeling as though they can price it that way (NY and Boston prices for example) now I wouldn’t say they’re cheap here, but you get your moneys worth and as a local I didn’t feel “less”. Now it is the off season, so I am sure summer will be different. But the food and drinks were amazing.

On Wolfeboro harbor so how could anyone complain. Only stayed for a drink over looking the harbor. The wait staff was excellent and we plan to go back soon to check out the diners.

Decent place with good views of off Lake Winnipesaukee. They basically serve pub food. We had a clam chowder and chicken stew which were very good. The dragon fire shrimp was also very good. The salads were adequate; kale salad was a bit off for our taste.

The Wicked Loon has quickly become our favorite restaurant in the area. We have a second home nearby, and if we are only going out to eat once while we’re up for a weekend…this is definitely the spot. The staff is enjoyable, the atmosphere lovely and the kitchen staff is truly talented. The menu has rotated a few times since they opened and everything we’ve tried is amazing!Vegetarian options: Housemade veggie burger is great. I’ve had a few “specials” as well that the kitchen was happy to alter slightly to make veggie friendly. Even the garden salad is a cut above the rest of what you find around.

Rainy day in Wolfeboro so I stopped here for a nice warm lunch. Had the soup and sandwich special and a glass of Cider. The Chicken Stew was warm, hearty and perfectly seasoned. The Lobster BLT with avocado was sensational as were the homemade chips. The Cider tasted like I drinking an apple pie. As I was putting my coat on to leave I spotted a Common Loon in the lake near the docks just swimming around. Great place with fantastic service.

It was a chilly late afternoon but the patio heaters were perfect . Our server was exceptional - giving descriptions and recommendations. We had the chicken Marsala on her recommendation and it was amazing. The smash burger was soo good. Paired with a cider and a local beer- the meal- the view - I would love to come back .

Stopped in because we were in the area! The place is very clean, modern and cozy. They had some of the best calamari I've ever had and all of our food was delish!

We had a truly delicious dinner in a lovely setting with delightful service at The Wicked Loon. With an amazingly sumptuous sounding menu, my husband and I decided on a couple of our summertime favorites; fish and chips and a burger and fries. Both were cooked to perfection and ANYTHING but ordinary. Do yourself a favor and try the spinach artichoke dip appetizer with crostini. Mmmm. *chef's kiss* SOOO good!Reasonably priced food, attentive, friendly service in a gorgeous lakeside setting...what's not to love?
