The coordinator was awesome, and the chef and coordinator worked hard to ensure there were gluten free options available for our event.

There were 9 of us and we all had something different. It was our first time at Trenta and we all really enjoyed it. The Eggplant was delicious as was the Steak and Frites, the risotto was perfect as was the Scallop dish. We can’t wait to go back!

I can’t believe we just discovered this restaurant. The food was wonderfully prepared and Jennifer was amazing. My meal included a blackberry margarita, Spanish calamari and fried chicken. The flavors were unique and so much better than any restaurant in NH I’ve experienced. We’ll definitely be back!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Trenta, and it was truly a culinary gem. The food was incredible, with each dish exceeding our expectations. We started with the beef carpaccio, which was perfectly prepared, followed by the steak frites, which was cooked to perfection. The highlight of the meal was the homemade bolognese, rich and full of flavor. Our waitress, Toni, did an amazing job, providing attentive and friendly service that complemented the meal beautifully. Overall, Trenta is a hidden gem that deserves a full 5 stars. The combination of delicious food and warm atmosphere makes it a must-visit destination for anyone seeking authentic Italian cuisine.

I chose this restaurant based on previous reviews and I’m glad I did because it was the perfect dining experience! The hostess was kind, our waitress Toni was exceptional and the food was just amazing from appetizers to dessert. I really recommend for a fine dining experience if you’re celebrating a birthday or any special occasion!!

Incredible mushroom risotto and pear salad and fabulous service at the bar. I’ve become a regular Trenta customer and the cuisine here is on the level of the best of the best of Boston restaurants. I highly recommend it!!

The staff, Leah, was amazing from the start and with other staff was attentive the entire evening. The food was excellent and there was a great variety of dishes with an array of seasoning and spices with each plate. The atmosphere was enjoyable! I was impressed and will be back.

Never again! My wife and I were there for New Years Eve. Spent over $200 for very poor service. Food was marginal at best.

Trenta is such a fabulous restaurant! From the staff to the amazing entree's! Staff went above and beyond to seat us on a very busy Saturday, and we ended up having an amazing evening, dinner and dessert, were excellent and the atmosphere was wonderful. We will be back again soon. Cheers! 🥂

Server was nice but not well versed in cuisine. We had a vegetarian in our party and requested a pasta dish without meat. They seemed perplexed by the idea, and the result was buttered pasta. As a former cook, I know it is no large task to make pasta with pesto, alfredo, or a caprese-style dish (all Italian staples). Within the Mediterranean palette, there are many delicious vegetarian dishes to choose from. On that front the service was dismissive, and the menu an insult to vegetarians or anyone who doesn't want meat for their meal.

For an establishment named with an Italian word, the ignorance of the staff, including the cook we met about the "special request" veg dish was a shame. They acted like making a caprese salad (mozzarella, tomato, basil, balsamic glaze) was an inconvenience.

Besides the ridiculously high prices (the food was good, but not deserving that charge even in Wolfeboro), elements of the atmosphere and service were off. Dry grilled bread with no butter or dipping oil? No vase or larger bottle for water for the table?

Overall we enjoyed the food but there is much room for improvement if this establishment wants to last, attract us locals, and live up to its claim of Italian influence.

The place was nice, but the food was aggressively just okay. The menu has a lot of seafood, which isn't my thing, but the filet certainly didn't keep up with other steaks I've had in the same price range.

Leaving aside that they had Balvenie 21 listed as a "rare bourbon" (it's neither), they had a selection of whisk(e)y available, but not a ton, and at far above expected prices.

It wasn't bad, it's just that nothing really stood out.
