Wolfe’s Tavern is a highlight of my family vacation every summer. They have excellent food and the wait staff are very friendly and attentive. We have been going here for decades and food has remained consistent throughout the years. Prices are very reasonable considering the quality of food and portion sizes.

We have visited this restaurant in the past and have had a great experience. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case last night. Our server Ben appeared to be on something. He knew very little about Wolfeboro and was more concerned in finding a girlfriend. Just after ordering drinks Ben seemed to disappear. It was blatantly obvious that the other two servers were flustered by having to pick up the slack for Ben, almost as if it’s a nighty occurrence....

Had a quiet breakfast with my wife and I. \nCoffee was very good. That’s important. \nFood was spectacular, and surprising for Wolfeboro in the off season. \nBen took care of us like family. \n\nNote: Upstairs is closed off season, so go through hotel lobby!
