i always love coming to this location. my order is medium iced caramel latte and they make it perfect everytime. i know the staff very well and they are the best. My coffee is so good everytime and i love the location.

The worst ...they are rude ...the ugliest donuts you can get to your kids ...i just threw a ice coffe because she doesn't want to remake a coffe that she is already did it wrongly...don't waste your money because its on the same place you shop in

I’m only doing 4 stars because I went there and the young girl there now is very rude she don’t speak she kept going to the back and I was trying order I was the only one there waiting the older lady was doing online orders so she was busy I come here all the time and this time my sandwich was burnt and my hashbrowns was burnt to but the older lady did apologize I like when the man is there he have it running very well and he don’t burn my food

i was told that the staff was very bad so i had to test it for myself and i found out that this place was in fact bad they were very rude to me and my friend that came from out of town and she had never been to dunkin so her first experience was bad i was also greated with a very nasty look and did not appreciate that so if you could change that would be great. When i got there they told me that they were cleaning the machines which is perfectly fine but then i came back 15 minutes later and i asked if it was done and they said no but the worst part was that they were sitting on the floor on there phones. Never ever have i seen a worse staff then them. ps. i will never be going there again. If i could give it a 0 star then i would

i asked for light ice and they filled my cup with %100 ice. for no other reason other than spite, my latte wasnt even fully filled. only had 6 sips of matcha in my large latte.
